CP Titanium Grade 7Titanium Grade 7 is the most resistant to corrosion in reducing acids with physical/mechanical properties equivalent to Gr. 2. Grade 7 also has excellent weldability and fabricability.

 

 

Custom 450^®Stainless Custom 450^® stainless has very good corrosion resistance with moderate strength. CP Titanium Grade 4Titanium Grade 4 is a much stronger version of Grades 2 and 3 with cold formability and reduced ductility.

Titanium 6Al 2Sn 4Zr 2Mo/Titanium 6-2-4-2Titanium 6-2-4-2 has excellent strength, stability, and creep resistance to temperatures as high as 550 ºC.Available forms are seamless pipe, welded pipe, seamless tube, welded tube, bar, wire, sheet, plate, forgings, pipe fittings and flanges.

Nitronic 50 stainless steel is an austenitic stainless steel with a blend of strength and corrosion resistance that is higher than stainless steel grades 316, 316/316L, 317, and 317/317L . The high strength, corrosion resistance, and low magnetic permeability of this alloy allows it to be used as a material for medical implants. Titanium 6Al 2Sn 4Zr 6Mo/ Titanium 6-2-4-6
Titanium 6-2-4-6 is a heat treatable alloy with excellent strength to temperatures as high as 450 ºC. Titanium 6-2-4-6 has limited weldability.Available forms are seamless pipe, welded pipe, seamless tube, welded tube, bar, wire, sheet, plate, forgings, pipe fittings and flanges.

Titanium 6Al 6V 2Sn/Titanium 6-6-2 Titanium 6-6-2 is heat treatable high strength alloy with lower toughness and ductility than Ti-6Al-4V and limited weldability. Available forms are seamless pipe, welded pipe, seamless tube, welded tube, bar, wire, sheet, plate, forgings, pipe fittings and flanges.

Stainless 431 / AISI 431Stainless 431 offers the best corrosion resistance of the conventional martensitic stainless grades. Stainless 431 has the best corrosion resistance to marine atmospheres, also resists attack by many petroleum products and organic materials, and several acidic environments. Available forms are seamless pipe, welded pipe, seamless tube, welded tube, bar, wire, sheet, plate, forgings, pipe fittings and flanges.

ALLOY 400 _ UNS N04400 Common Trade Names:Monel 400^®, Nickelvac^® 400, Nicorros^® 400 Monel 400^® is a nickel-copper alloy that is hardened by cold working only. Monel 400^® has low corrosion rate in flowing seawater, therefore it is widely used in marine applications. Monel 400^® also has excellent resistance to stress corrosion cracking in most freshwaters. Monel 400^® can be used in temperatures up to 1000 ºF. The alloy has great mechanical properties at subzero temperatures.

ALLOY X-750 _ UNS N07750 Common Trade Names:Inconel X750^®, Haynes X750^®, Pyromet^® X750, Nickelvac^® X750, Nicrofer^® 7016 Inconel X-750^® is a nickel-chromium alloy used for its corrosion and oxidation resistance and high strength at temperatures to 1300º F. Inconel X-750^® is available in all standard mill forms therefore, it is used for a wide variety of applications. In gas turbines it is used for rotor blades, wheels, bolts; Inconel X-750^® is also used for rocket-engine thrust chambers. Airframe applications include thrust reversers and hot-air ducting systems.

The alloy maintains stable structure during exposure to high temperature, therefore incoloy 800^® has good corrosion resistance to many acidic environments.

Titanium 10V 2Fe 3AlTitanium 10-2-3 is heat treatable, very high strength alloy with exceptional hot-die forge ability but limited weldability.Available forms are seamless pipe, welded pipe, seamless tube, welded tube, bar, wire, sheet, plate, forgings, pipe fittings and flanges.

Inconel 601^® also has high strength and good workability. Inconel 601^® can be hardened and strengthened only by cold work. Inconel 601^® can be used in the heat-treating industry for muffles, furnace components, and for heat-treating baskets and trays.

ALLOY 617 _ UNS N06617Common Trade Names :Inconel 617^®, Nicrofer 5520^® Inconel 617^® consists of nickel-chromium-cobalt and  molybdenum. These elements make Inconel 617^® highly resistant to oxidation and carburization. Inconel 617^® can be easily fabricated; it can be hot formed up to 2200º F, and cold formed at 1900º F. Inconel 617^® has excellent weldability. Inconel 617^® is used for ducting, transition liners in both aircraft and land based gas turbines, and combustion cans.

CP Titanium Grade 2Titanium Grade 2 has moderate strength with excellent cold formability, weldability. This titanium also has excellent resistance to high oxidization.

Monel K500^® _ UNS N05500 >Monel K-500^® is a nickel-copper alloy with the same corrosion resistance and characteristics as the Monel 400^®. The Monel K-500® has a greater strength and hardness then the 400, as a result of added aluminum and titanium. In age-hardened condition, it has greater tendency toward stress- corrosion cracking in some environments.
