MLTI USE VERTICAL OR HORIZONTALThe NSW Split Tube Furnace comprise a furnace body which is mounted on vertical stand and is hinged so as to split into two halves along its length. The free standing vertical design is ideal 900 deg.c for warp around heating applications such as extension test rings or vertical reaction tubes. The NSW is also available as a lower temperature version with 900 deg.c maximum operating temperature. Usually required but does not include an appropriate accessory worktube 2 inch.

These Furnaces are made of thick Mild Sheet having Powder Coated in good looking colour. Ceramic Fiber blanket for high density for better insulation is provided to make these Furnaces light weight. The Furnaces is provided with Stainless Steel 310 Qlty. Base plate to safe guard the interior chamber. Heating Elements are made of special Kanthal wire to make Furnace working continuously upto 1150 C, 1200 C intermittent and it is quick heating type.

Furnace is fitted with fine quality Digital Indicator Cum Controller to work on 220 Volt AC 50 Hz.

The casing is made of thick mild steel sheet reinforced with iron angles riveting. Screw joints and welding wherever necessary and painted with attractive stoved enamel paint. Heating chamber consisting of rectangular horizontal shape totally enclosed

Heating chamber consisting of rectangular horizontal shape totally enclosed muffle baked at 1500 deg. C. The door is counter balanced for easy operation opens upward with the hot surface away from the operator.

Heating element made of Kanthal wire special high temperature alloy are completely surrounded by the heating chamber, assuring the most uniform distribution of heat and protects heating elements against damage and chemical deterioration. Highly efficient light weight insulation is cast permanently in to the furnace body, which avoids loss of energy.

Temperature:The furnace can be operated continuously upto 900 deg. C. Temperature is controlled by Digital Temp. Controller cum Indicator fitted in the control panel.

The control panel is provide at the top of furnace consist of temperature control regulating knob with two long life neon lights which glows while the furnace is ON. To work on 220/230 volt A.C.

Outer casing is made of thick Mild Steel Sheet having powder coated. Insulation is done by high temperature graded insulation bricks and mica powder. Grooved muffle are supported by bricks and the heating element are made of kanthal wire are coiled and fixed in the groove to give maximum heat up 1000 Deg. C which can be utilized continuously . Basic unit is fitted by Digital Temp Controller cum Indictor and to work on 220V 440 V A. C. only. These Furnace is available in following standard size:

High Temperature Oven (300C)

Triple walled, inside mild Steel / Stainless Steel and outside made of Mild Steel painted in epoxy Powder Coating. Temperature range 50 C to 300 C plus minus 3 C with Digital Indicator Cum Controller . Heating Elements are placed on both sides. Complete with 2/3 nos removable S/S Wire Mesh. One no. Air Circulating Fan, on/off switch to work on 220/230 or 400/440 volts 50 Hz A.C.
