NSW walk in chamber are designed for simulating, monitoring to control environmental conditions. These chambers are double walled and modular in construction, easy to assumable at site. Size of chamber can be made as per customer requirement. Air circulation is made to create uniform temperature under RH inside.

Construction:Double wall prefabricated modular panels with PUF insulation. In GIMP model we shall provide inside 316 qlty. stainless steel cuter 304 qlty. Refrigeration system with spit type condensing Unit having (CFC free refrigerant) are placed outside the laboratory area Heating system consists of SS tubular heaters. Humidity inside the chamber is created by steam injection - Boiler and water reservoir made of stainless steel with heater with low water cut off. These chambers are designed as per ICH guidelines to meet WHO and USFD A specifications.

This is triple walled, inside and outside mild steel painted in dark chocolate colour & trays are made of Aluminium having size 800 x 400 x 30mm . Table Top Steam Sterilizer (Pre & Post Vacuum Facility)

NSW pleased to introduce table top steam sterilizer for todays growing demand for more sophisticated sterilization technologies. Any private or dental clinic can enjoy the benefit of this technology right in their office. Outpatient clinics, which have increased significantly in recent years, perform highly skilled invasive surgery on their own premises. They rely on advanced sterilization technology. In addition, the increasing tendency towards modular space design in the clinic makes our pre & post vacuum tabletop autoclaves the perfect solution.

Construction:

This autoclave is made of complete stainless steel 304 Qlty having outer & inner wall & has capacity of 22 liters chamber has compact outer dimensions making it a perfect fit for todays contemporary clinic. There is mineral wool insulation between the two walls .Designed to sterilize class B cycles. A common application is in the medical or (operating room) as an independent sterilization unit or in dental and private clinics that need to sterilize narrow and hollow instruments and wrapped packs. It has 2 nos. perforated shelves. The water reservoir has capacity of 6 liters of distilled or low quality deionized water. This sterilizer are designed to perform class B cycle that meet the strictest EN 13060 European standards.

Pre Vacuum Air Removal:

Porous and packed load types as well as fabrics have one thing in common: Air is trapped inside these instruments and fabrics, resulting in air pockets that prevent the full penetration of steam. It is known that spores and bacteria can survive at 134 Deg.C in air pockets. Therefore, pre vacuum air removal eliminates air pockets from all load types and maximizes steam penetration to instrument components.

Post Vacuum Drying:

When hot steam comes in contact with the cooler instruments, condensation can form. Condensation becomes even more serious with packaged loads, when moisture can remain after the cycle ends. A moist load does not provide sufficient SAL (Sterility Assurance Level). Post vacuum drying provides complete drying of porous loads and hollow instruments at the end of the sterilization process.

Usage of Machine

Machine is used for endurance testing various machines Food Industry, AutomobileIndustries etc.

Construction:This is double walled cabinet insulated with 125mm thick puff between interior and exterior walls. Outer chamber made of Mild Steel and painted in Epoxy Powder coating in white colour. The inner chamber shall be made of Stainless Steel 304 qlty. Outer double walled metal door with MAGNETIC GASKET and lock & key. The chamber will have strong base for fitting your fixture.

This chamber shall be supplied with temperature controller. It will incorporate one compressors with all its protective devices along with two fan cooled condensing coil just below the working chamber. This chamber will have air circulating fan from the top of the cabinet. The chamber will have 2 dia hole from one side for feeding cables. Control panel shall be provided at the side of the chamber with three indicators one for main, one for heating, and one for cooling and a digital volt meter.

Safety Door:

Sterilizer has engaged self-locking single piece thick S.S. plate door and cannot be operated under pressure. The self locking device automatically disengages the thread mechanism when the sterilizer is under pressure to preclude any eventuality of accident.

Single Point Control:

Complete sterilizing cycle is controlled from on point with the help of Multiport Valve fitted at front top. Two speeds of steam exhaust are available fast and slow. Easily readable jacket and chamber pressure on gauges mounted on the multiport valve. A moisture trap is fitted in the chamber discharge line to absorb the condense automatically to prevent moistening of the subject matter to be sterilized

Safety Features:

The sterilizer is provided with the triple safety features. At the boiler level by a PIEZOSTAT which automatically limits the pressure to the required set valve and a spring loaded safety valve in case of its failure which releases the steam to keep pressure within the safety limits. At the chamber level, a spring loaded safety valve and a dead weight release valve to release the steam in case the pressure exceeds the safety limit. All these safety features function independent of one another failure.

A plug screen prevents the discharge line form choking. The plug is easily removable for daily cleaning. Power ejector for drying sterilized line circulates the air throughout the chamber. The circulating air passes through a corrosion resistant metallic wool filter. A steam trap is fitted in the chamber discharge line to eliminate the condensate automatically. Fully Automatic by PID Controller to show the chamber temperature. Automatic Vacuum breaker is provided to break vacuum due to steam condensation.

Clean Room Sterile Dynamic Pass through box is self-contained units with class 100 laminar air flow unit installed at entrance to the clean rooms. They minimize the amount of particulate contamination entering the clean room by reducing the operator traffic. The laminar flow in the pass box starts running. When the doors are opened for material transfer in order to maintain air cleanliness required for the product which is equipped with a mechanical interlock system that prevents both the doors from being opened at the same time.

Water Reservoir For Humidity:-Chamber has stainless steel water reservoir at the bottom and water is heated by low wattage immersion heater which assures to maintain. Humidity shall be controlled by Micro processed temp. & RH controller temp. accuracy 1 C & RH Accuracy 5 C. water reservoir has constant water level arrangement with two no. brass nozzle, one for inlet and other for outlet and a brass drain plug is also provided.

Temperature:-Temp. in chambers is controlled by a Digital Indicator Cum Controller from in the variation of plus minus 1 deg.c. at any temp. between 5 to 60 deg, c at normal ambient temp. The cooling chamber is provided with a selected switch to operate the unit either above or below ambient temp. desired.

Cooling System:-Chamber has cooling system by a heavy duty sealed compressor with all accessories and also a fan cooled condenser are fitted at the bottom exactly below the working chamber. Copper cooling coil is fitted at the back of inside chamber.

Air Circulating:-Chamber has separate air circulation by FH Motor with ample provision for an even distribution of air by a fan which assures uniformity of temp. throughout the chamber.

Control Panel:-Control Panel is given at the top of chamber having ON-OFF switch three indicators for main cooling and heating , temp. setting knob which is graduated in the centigrade from 5 to 50 deg.c volt meter in cooling chamber prismatic Digital Temp. Indicator graduated from 0-50 deg.c., to work on 220/230 Volt 50 cycles A.C only.

Construction:

This is double walled cabinet insulated with 75 mm by puff. between interior and exterior walls. Outer chamber made of mild steel and furnished in durable white enamel paint. The inner chamber made of anodized aluminium with shelf supports allowing wide range of shelf positions and spacing.

Water Reservoir For Humidity:-Each chamber has stainless steel water reservoir at the bottom and water is heated by low wattage immersion heater which assures to maintain. The humidity from 90 to 95% +/- 3% ( non- adjustable) and to be maintained at this level. Humidity shall be controlled by Micro processed temp. & RH controller temp. accuracy 1 C & RH Accuracy 5 C . Each water reservoir has constant water level arrangement with two no. brass nozzle, one for inlet and other for outlet and a brass drain plug is also provided.

Temperature:- Temp. in both chambers is controlled by a Digital temperature indicator cum controller from in the variation of plus minus 1 deg.c. at any temp. between 5 to 60 deg, c at normal ambient temp. in which chamber is fitted with refrigeration system. In the other chamber, temp. can be maintained from few deg. Above ambient to 50 deg.c. The cooling chamber is provided with a selected switch to operate the unit either above or below ambient temp. desired.

Cooling System:-One chamber has cooling system by a heavy duty sealed compressor with all accessories and also a fan cooled condensor are fitted at the bottom exactly below the working chamber. Copper cooling coil is fitted at the back of inside chamber.

Air Circulating:-Each chamber has separate air circulation by FH Motor with ample provision for an even distribution of air by a fan which assures uniformity of temp. throughout the chamber.

Control Panel:-Control Panel is given at the top of chamber having ON-OFF switch three indicators for main cooling and heating , temp. setting knob which is graduated in the centigrade from 5 to 50 deg.c volt meter in cooling chamber prismatic Digital Temp. The Outer case is Mild Steel painted in Epoxy Powder Coating. The Vacuum chamber is robust Stainless Steel supplied with two stainless steel shelves. The chamber is heated by large area heaters strapped to its outer surface and insulated with super fine mineral wool .The chamber is closed by a thick toughned glass plate sealing into a neoprene rubber gasket. The door closure is single screw threaded catch. Vacuum Controls: One diaphragm valve and a vacuum gauge are provided.
