Heating elements produce gentle heat throughout the chamber. Temperature could be achieved from 50 C to 300 C +/- 1 C through microprocessed digital temperature controller cum indicator. It has option to control temperature precise +/- 0. C by fitting microporocessed PID Controller having 4 ramp & 4 soak programming. It has two valves one for achieving vacuum 760hg/mm and other of feeding any inert gas or else. The door of the oven is made of stainless steel 304 qlty. without any glass windows.

Temperature can be controlled form + 5 C to 90 C +/- 0.5 C through microprocessed temperature controller cum indicator. The evaporator coil, sealed heating element are fitted with CFC free quiet running sealed compressor with CFC free refrigerant and all its protective device alongwith fan cooled condensing coil are place below the working chamber. The door has got toughened glass to observe the specimen kept inside chamber. It has tow nos. perforated shelves.

Vacuum Oven Temperature Range 50 C To 130 C
The Outer case is Mild Steel painted in Epoxy Powder Coating. The Vacuum chamber is robust Stainless Steel supplied with two stainless steel shelves. The chamber is heated by large area heaters strapped to its outer surface and insulated with super fine mineral wool .The chamber is closed by a thick toughned glass plate sealing into a neoprene rubber gasket. The door closure is single screw threaded catch. This system provides excellent vacuum performance, a low outer surface temperature and operator safety in the unlikely event of the glass inner door breaking.
Vacuum Controls: One diaphragm valve and a vacuum gauge are provided. The valve which are intended for vacuum connection and the admission of either dry air or inert atmosphere have their nozzel conveniently located. The Oven can be operated at any pressure less than atmospheric. Oven temperature is controlled by Electronic Digital Temperature Indicator-Cum-Controller in the range 50 C to 130 C +/- 1 C . An indicator lamp shows the operation of the heater.
