All purpose chamber confirming to stricter specifications, specifically designed for drying environment of plant and animal growth, investigation of vapour, proofness of packed materials, determinations of di-electric strength, insulation tests of electrical components and many other tests requiring an atmosphere of controlled temp. and humidity. The sturdy double walled construction provides a pleasing get up. The interior walls are made of heavy gauge Stainless Steel 304 Qlty. The exterior is made of heavy gauge Mild Steel finished in Epoxy Powder Coating. Insulation of 63mm by puff. The door is of massive construction having window and seals against atmospheric infiltration by resilient asbestos and rubber gasket.

The temperature can be controlled from 10 C to 60 C +/- 2 C and humidity 55% to 95% +/- 5% is controlled by an automatic microprocessed Electronic Controller with digital display of temperature and humidity.

Temperature below ambient is created by a hermetically sealed compressor (CFC FREE) complete with its all accessories provided at the bottom of the unit. Two water tank of Stainless Steel 304 qlty. have been provided in the cabinet. The humidity inside the chamber is created natural mist through heat, vapour with suitable automatic voltage stabilizer. Heated water vapours are also circulated through blower. With servo Voltage Stabilizer. We have provided and exhaust fan in the control panel to take out heat as well as humidity with inside panel for the safety of the components inside on control panel. and extra water storage tank has been provided at the top which should be filled by distilled water only for the long life of heating element and lower water tank.

Application:This type of incubator is finding increasing , use in many biology, botany, virology, Oceanography , Water pollution , Sewage, Agriculture and Food Research Laboratories . It provides a wide range of conditions for studies of synthesing organisms. Temperatures are attainable within the cabinet, enabling the user to study the growth of organisms under tropical or temperature and summer or winter conditions, independent of ambient temperature. Designed to maintain constant temperature for use in making standard B.O.D.

(BIOCHEMICAL OXYGEN DEMAND) determinations on water and sewage. Arrangement for heating and cooling temperature from 5 C to 60 C at normal room temperature , with control accuracy of plus minus 1 C makes it useful in the biological laboratory for the preservation of vaccines, such as insulin and liver extracts at 15 C for serological and complement fixation tests at low temperatures, for enzymatic digestion process and in the physical or chemical laboratory for general low temperatures use.

Construction:This is double walled cabinet insulated with 75mm puff insulation between interior and exterior walls. Outer chamber made of Mild Steel and painted in Epoxy Powder coating. The inner chamber made of Anodized aluminium with self supports allowing wide range of self position and spacing. Supplied with three removable perforated anodized aluminium shelves. Full view inner acrylic door allows inspection of Samples without disturbing temperature of working chamber. Outer double walled metal door with MAGNETIC GASKET and lock & key. Door operated illumination lamp. Cabinet is mounted and castors.

Operation:Temperature is controlled by Electronic Digital Temp. Controller cum Indicator from 5 C to 60 C in the variation plus minus 1 C.The evaporator coil, sealed round heating element are provided in the air duct at the back near the top wall in the working space. Inside air circulating system is provided by F.H. Motors Fan which keeps uniform temp. throughout the chamber. A quiet running sealed compressor ( CFC FREE) with all its protective devices alongwith a fan cooled condensing coil are placed below the working chamber.

Control Panel:Control panel is provided at the top of the cabinet with 3 nos. indicators for main heating and cooling. Connecting cord with plug suitable to work on 220/230 Volts A.C. 50 cycles. This BOD shall be fitted with 3 step voltage stabilizer if, you have voltage input more than 270V. then we shall supply servo voltage stabilizer

Deluxe Automatic:Microprocessed temp. controller with its accessories have been fixed to cut off automatically either heating or cooling system irrespective of the ambient temp. increases or decreases from the set temp. of the chamber and accuracy of the temp. would be +/- 1 deg.c

The temperature range of the water bath is from few degree C. above room temperature to 100 deg. C with an accuracy of 0.5 deg. C. This bath is suitable for the Washer man, Kolmer and Khan Test inactivation, Paraffin Embedding and many other applications in the laboratories.

The Temperature is controlled by a Hydraulic type thermostat from few C above ambient to 100 deg. Control panel is provided at lower portion of the bath consisting of two neon pilot lights which indicates control cycles as well as the mains heater switch, temperature control knob. Made of Stainless Steel Sheet. Top of the bath and concentric rings are also made of stainless steel 304 quality. Heating elements have an automatic cut Off device when the bath gets dry. Electrically operated on 220/230 volts A.C. with arrangement of 6/12 holes.

This bath is suitable for all laboratory application requiring constant temperature to high degree of accuracy typical use include pysio-chemical and botanical experiments, specific gravity determination and conductivity test.

The bath is constructed of double walled, internal made of Stainless Steel 304 Qlty, and external of mild Steel and painted in Epoxy Powder Coating. 25mm mineral wool insulation on sides and bottom. With perforated and removable diffuser shelf and brass drain plug. A sealed glass window of Size: 230 x 130mm is also provided on the front.

Temperature Control: The temperature is controlled by a Microprocessed PID controller having 4 ramp & 4 soak profile having set mode, alarm parameter, configuration parameter, profile parameter, set point profile, Pv error indicator, parameter for locking etc having temperature range 0 C to 100 C. but the temperature in the bath can be controlled from 10 C above ambient to 100 C. in the variation up to plus minus 0.2 C. The bath is fitted with three nickel chromium immersion heater of 750W, 250W & 125W and each elements has separate ON-OFF switch. This bath is supplied with stirrer of 1/20 H.P. high speed motor with Stainless Steel stirring rod and blade with speed regulatoc.

Control Panel:Control panel has been given exactly below the working chamber and panel has three ON-OFF switches for heaters , two indicators , main on-off switch and a speed regulator knob, wire & plug to work on 220/230 volts A.C. only.

Double walled, inside made of aluminum and outside of Mild Steel sheet painted with Epoxy Powder Coating. Thermostatic control from few C above ambient temp. to 80 C plus minus 0.5 C Complete with indicator, wire & plug. To work on 220/230 Volts A.C. without thermometer.

The Bath is double walled inner working chamber is made of Stainless Steel & outer case is made of Mild steel finished in epoxy powder coating paint. Space of 50mm between inner & outer wall of the bath is insulated with super mineral wool. The lid of the Bath is insulated double walled fixed with hinges and has locking arrangement. The bath is mounted on castors.

A sealed compressor, fan cooled condenser & all its accessories are placed at the lower portion exactly below the bath.

A Stainless Steel stirring blade is fitted through a 1/20 H.P. High Speed Motor with adjustable clamp and shaft is also provided with Speed regulator to get uniform temperature.

Temperature is controlled by electronic degital controller cum Indicator form 5 C to 90 C with and accuracy of + - 0.2 C .

Control panel is given on right hand side of the bath having the Rotary switch to operate the bath either above or below ambient temperature, ON OFF Switch, Voltmeter, 2 Nos. indicators, speed Regulator for a Stirrer to work on 220/230 volts A.C. with 3 step voltage stabilizer.

The temperature is controlled by a Precision thermostat variable upto 60 C with a sensitivity of plus minus 1 C. To work on 220/230 Volts A.C. only. Supplied complete with shelves, indicators, wire and plug but without thermometer. This incubator has double door outer is metal door and inside is glass door in stainless steel frame. There will be no glass window outside. If, you require glass window outside please specify while placing order. In this Case we shall not provide inside glass door.

This is triple walled incubator. Outer wall made of mild steel powder coated; middle wall & inside wall shall be made of stainless steel 304 qlty. There shall be mineral wool insulation of 50mm between mild steel and second wall of water jacket provides stable temperature uniformity. Microprocessor control allows to set temp. from 5 deg.c above ambient to 70 deg.c and read out to 0.1 deg.c calibration having PID with 4 ramp & 4 soaks. Full length toughened glass inside permits visual checks without disturbing thermal condition. Door and water jacket design eliminate condensation on the incubator walls. Heating elements are made of copper pipe in water jacket inhibits bacteria growth. Adjustable leveling feet compensate for uneven surface. A carrier to hold bottles (6 no. of 60mm Dia x 200mm Depth) can be easily placed on front of rotater Mechanism any bottle can be taken out easily from the carrier. The carrier rotates with bottles parrelel to the door at a variable speed of 2 to 16 RPM. Veiwing glass window in the door allows inspection of the specimen inside the chamber. B.O.D. Incubator for incubation in CO2/ air mixture could be provided within inlet nozzle on the side of control panel providing a means for monitoring Co2 or air/CO2 mixtures, similar nozzle is provided for monitoring CO2 concentration at an extra cost.

Co2 Incubator

Generally used in experiments involving cultivation of animal cells, sperm/ovum, anaerobic cells, hatching etc. Cot range 0-20%Co2 accuracy - 1-0.5%

Inlet pressure 1.5 bars approx. Temp. range 5 Deg.C above ambient to 60 Deg.c fast recovery - accuracy + /- 0.2 Deg.C at 37 Deg.C.

High Humidity to achieve few percent above atmospheric humidity to 95% minimizing sample evaporation capacity approx 171 liters.

Optional:-

Construction:The chamber is double walled insulated with 75mm thick super glass wool between interior and exterior walls. Outer chamber is of Mild Steel and finished in white enamel paint. The inner chamber is made of Stainless Steel with support allowing wide range of shelf position and spacing. The chamber shall be full view inner acrylic door which will allow inspection of samples without disturbing temp. of working chamber. Outer double walled metal door will have locking arrangement. A push type switch for illumination lamp shall be provided in the chamber for inspection of the samples during high condensation. Plant growth chamber shall be mounted on castors and shall be provided with 3 nos. heavy duty PVC coated shelves.

Tempperature:Temperature in chamber is controlled by Dual Temperature Electronic Digital Temp. Controller Cum Indicator from 5 C to 60 C in the variation of +/- 1 C at temp. between 5 C to 60 C at normal ambient temp. and 15 C to 60 C when the tube lights and bulbs are ON. The cooling chamber is provided with selector switch to operate the unit either Above or Below ambient temp as desired.

Cooling System:The chamber has cooling system by sealed compressor with all accessories and fan cooled condensor is fitted at the bottom exactly below the working chamber. Copper cooling is fitted at the back of inner working chamber.

Air Circulation:The chamber has Air Circulation by F.H. Motor with ample provision for an even distribution of air by fan, which assures uniformity of temp. throughout the chamber.

Control Panel:Control panel is provided at the side of chamber having ON-OFF Switch one indicator for main, Volt Meter with Dual Electronic Digital Controller Cum Indicator to work on 220/230 Volts 50 cycles A.C. only. Chamber is provided with external lighting arrangement from two sides & top and 0-24 hours time switch for regulating cyclic illumination condition with two temp. set for day and night temp.

Humidity Systeml:Can be controlled from ambient humidity to 95% in the variation up to 3% only attainable from ambient temp. to 50 C.

DIMENSION OF CHAMBER INSIDE

Construction:A versatile controlled Environment Chamber useful for Plant Growth & Animal Studies. This chamber provides the necessary light, enclosed humid atmosphere and warmth for successful plant growth in a laboratory. Suitable for investigation in the effect of day light on flowering cycle, growth etc. The chamber is double walled insulated 75mm thick super glass wool between interior and exterior walls. Outer chamber is made of Mild Steel and finished with durable white enamel paint the inner chamber is made of Stainless Steel 304 Qlty. The chamber shall have full view inner acrylic door which will allow inspection of samples without disturbing the temperature of working chamber. The plant growth chamber shall be mounted on castors for smooth shifting of chamber from one place to another . The chamber shall be supplied with three nos. heavy-duty stainless steel shelves. Viewing window having dimension 35cm x 35cm shall be given on the two sides with flourscent tube lights if you want to switch off the tube light natural light may be given in the chamber from the two sides.

Photoperiodic System:The temperature in the chamber is controlled by temperature micro processed based Electronic Indicator Cum Controller to regularize the two temp. one for day and one for night with the help of micro processed 7 days programmable Timer. Temperature may be controlled from 15 to 50 C . In day time when the full lights are on.

Cooling System:The chamber has cooling system by sealed compressor with sll accessories and fan cooled condensor are fitted at the bottom exactly below the working chamber to give efficient cooled desired temperature.

Lighting System:The chamber has provision to give light upto 50K Lux (50, 000 Lux) from the top of the chamber . The growth chamber has been made to control the light intensity thus it gives microclimate radiation stimulated spectrum adjustable 50K Lux. Light intensity may given on higher side if is required. We give mixture of light by incandescent lamp flourscent lamps and sodium vapour lamps. Humidity Control System:Humidity in the chamber is controlled from 55% to 95% by Humidistat and injection of water vapour inside chamber thus making the environment in controlled condition. To work on 220 Volt A.C. 50 cycle . complete with Voltage Stabilizer.

Alarm:It is possible to provide electronic alarm if, temperature deviates more than 2 C and RH 5% to cost extra.

Option:

1. The above growth chamber can be supplied with a PID controller which will take out prints of the chamber for the light. Humidity & temperature set and measured in the interval of 1 minutes having 8 K memory on your 80 column matrix printer to cost extra.

This is triple walled Orbital Shaking Incubator cum B.O.D. Incubator specifically designed to controlled incubation with orbital shaking arrangement with powerful geared motor for many laboratory procedures such as tissue cultures, fermentation studies, enzyme reactions, controlled purification and ageing tests, growth studies etc.

Inside chamber is made of Stainless Steel 304 Qlty. having insulation between two walls by mineral wool. The acrylic glass door makes it easier to inspect specimen without disturbing the temperature.

Temperature is controlled by Electronic Digital Temperature Controller Cum Indicator having range 5 Deg. C. to 50 Deg.C. The Evaporator coil, heating elements are provided in the air duct at the back near the top wall in the working space. Inside Air circulating system is provided by F.H. Motor with fan blade which keeps uniform temperature through out the chamber. A quiet running sealed compressor with all its protective devices Alongwith a fan cooled condensing coil are placed below the working chamber.

The standard shaking platform shall accommodate 16 flasks of 500ml capacity. It has got lighting system from top of the chamber by 4 nos. 60 cms. Fluorescent tubes. Shaking speed is Controlled by Speed controller from 10 R.P.M. to 260 R.P.M. and indication of R.P.M. of shaker can be watched on Electronic R.P.M. Meter fitted in control panel. It has been provided with 7 days/24 hours programmed Timer. This shaker is supplied with 3 step voltage stabilizer to work on 200/220 Volt A.C. 50 cycles. If, you have voltage input more than 270V. then we shall supply servo voltage stabilizer.

Additional shaker platform to accommodate other capacity of flask to cost extra.

Alarm: It is possible to provide electronic alarm, if temperature deviates more than 5 C to cost extra.

Synthetic rubber gasket is provided on the door for better grip This incubator has double door outer is metal door and inside is glass door in stainless steel frame. No glass window is provided in the front. If, you require glass window outside please specify while placing order.

Heating elements are placed in ribs at the bottom and sides. Two adjustable air ventilators are placed near the top of the sides.

The temperature is controlled by an Electronic microprocessed Temperature Controller cum Indicator from 5C above ambient to 80 deg. C with sensitivity of plus minus 0.5 deg. C supplied complete with two pilot lamps, aircirculating fan perforated shelves adjustable at any level, having arrangement to fit the automatic timer to work on 220/230 volts A.C. only with cord and plug. Max. orbital shaking speed can be achieved up to 300 R.P.M. or may be more as per customers requirement .

An all purpose Humidity Cabinet confirming to stricter specifications, specifically designed for drying environment of Plant and Animal Growth, investigation of vapor proofness of packed materials, determination of de-electric strength, insulation tests of electrical components and many others tests requiring an atmosphere of controlled temp. and Humidity.The sturdy double walled construction provide a pleasing getup. The interior walls are made of heavy gauge aluminium duly anodized/stainless steel. Insulation of 63mm by mineral wool insulation . The exterior is made of heavy Mild Steel painted in Epoxy Powder Coating. The door is of massive construction having window and seals against atmospheric infiltration by rubber gasket.

The humidity is controlled by RH controller with electronic display of temp. and RH (control : from atmospheric humidity to 98% with sensitivity of +/- 3% ) fitted inside the door . Separate water tank has been provided at the lower side of the cabinet. The water is circulated in the cabinet by pump fitted at the bottom. As soon as the water starts coming into the cabinet the blower is automatically switched on.

The temp. is controlled by a microprocessed electronic digital temp. controller cum indicator from few C above ambient temp. to 60 Deg.C. with an accuracy of +/- 1 Deg.C Individual neon lamps and switched have been provided at the side of the cabinet which can be used individually according to requirement. The temp. is recorded from the thermometer fitted at the front of the cabinet.

Option:(This cabinet has been fitted with storage tank in the control panel at the top which should be filled by distilled water only. (Please use distilled water only for long lif of heating element and lower water tank made of stainless steel.)
