The absorption of radiant waves is an inherent property of any substance, which leads to the possibility of many different application, which are not open to other forms of heating. For instance infrared ray heating is best suited for 3 dimensional items as the absorption of radiation increases the temp. in a uniform fashion. Infrared rays are available in short wavelength, medium wavelength or long wavelength and its selection depends upon the property of jobs, temperature required and curing time. NSW designs infrared heating systems for process temperature up to 350°C.By offering low velocity airflow in simultaneous with the radiation heating system hot air can be re-circulated thereby efficiency can be increased. NSW’s Scientific design of ducts realizes the contra flow ovens.
IR-BULBS: Infrared heating bulbs are used as the heat source, much of its energy is light and is easily reflected. Economical version for the low temp. application upto 100°C. like paint curing of plastic bodies, etc.
IR-TUBES: Short infrared waves generated by IR Tubes are readily absorbed by most materials because majority of its energy is heat. Longer wave IR Tubes brings the product upto a given temperature as quickly and as evenly as possible.
IR – CERAMIC ELEMENTS: Infrared ceramic heating elements are used with, suitable reflectors. These medium wave heaters can be used for a temperature upto 200°C and its very little time to achieve the temp. economizes its utility. IR Ceramic heating elements provide superior results in Finishing and Process heating industry. CONTROLS: Temperature is controlled by PID control using Solid State Relay (SSR) / (SCR) and other highly advanced controlling instruments can be incorporated such as programmable timer with memory backup, temperature recorder with simple or multipoint recording capability, photoelectric sensor, limit switch, etc. |

Known to be the most durable and solid conveyors, slat conveyors play a major role in many industries including electronics, pharmaceuticals, automotive, etc. These conveyors are used where products have to be turned to different direction for transportation. NSW specialises in manufacturing slat conveyors that are designed using modular components and are extremely durable to use. Our products are cost effective and reliable to use.
These ovens are especially designed for the applications where the clean air and the proper ventilation are required. The product is placed inside the oven on the shelves of the trolleys for the Testing, baking or curing of electrical & electronic parts, liquid painted parts, Pharmaceutical & food products, etc. The temperature ranges from a few degrees above the ambient temperature to 180 degree C. The standard sizes range from 50 cu ft to 170 cu ft. The panel is mounted on one side of the oven or can be stand alone panel. Insulation of up to 100 MM is provided to minimize the heat losses during operation.

Construction:The oven is made out of mild steel from inside & outside and insulated with 100 mm of mineral bonded wool. It is painted with High Temperature aluminum paint from inside and given rich enamel finish from outside. Oven can also be made in Galvanized / Stainless steel on request.
Choice of Air circulation:Vertical, horizontal or combination
Heavy duty Shelves:03 nos shelves made out of angles and wire knitted mesh suitable for oven internal size will be provided along with the oven.
Exhaust vent with manually adjustable damper.

To keep the Booths in a dust free environment, a closed room can be provided with a clean air supply unit, thus resulting in reduction of rejection in finished products and improving the quality of recovered powder for recycling. |
Pre-treatment (P.T) is also known as surface cleaning, washing and phosphate process. It is a multi- step surface preparation process of the products, to be coated, for its long lasting coating strength along with good esthetic finish. This process is a must for removing dirt, dust, oil, rust or any other sort of impurities from the article.Adequate surface preparation and protective coating (phosphate/ chrome) is necessary before painting process to increase the sticking property of paint/ powder to give ultimate strength & quality of paint on the finished products.The selection of the type and size of P.T system depends on the production volume, article size & configuration, space available etc.NSWs latest pre-treatment systems are perfectly suited for dunk / batch & continous process.
It is a P.L.C controlled sensing system to confirm pressure of objects to be painted. i.e The Gun will spray the paint, only when the part is in front of the gun. This result better productivity, lesser wastage of over sprayed paint. This system can also have the controlled movement of the guns as per the objects height and width.
Fixture & jigs can be made as per requirement with or without indexing/rotation system/jig rotation/indexing can be automatic/manual continous/90C indexing manual/automatic.
Automatic Eletroctro-mechanical /pneumatic pick & place system to transfer the object in the booth for coating.
