Reciprocator- NSW provide electro-mechanical/pneumatic reciprocator for auto movement of Guns for better quality of coating & to save running cost. The reciprocator can be for horizontal or vertical movement of guns to match the requirement.

Infrared radiant heat energy has many of the properties same as that of electromagnetic wave energy. These waves travel in straight line and are absorbed or reflected by matter and can be focused or dispersed by lenses or prism. The Infrared waves will flood the area around it with radiant energy effecting quick rise in the temperature.

 

The absorption of radiant waves is an inherent property of any substance, which leads to the possibility of many different application, which are not open to other forms of heating. For instance infrared ray heating is best suited for 3 dimensional items as the absorption of radiation increases the temp. in a uniform fashion. Infrared rays are available in short wavelength, medium wavelength or long wavelength and its selection depends upon the property of jobs, temperature required and curing time. NSW designs infrared heating systems for process temperature up to 350°C.By offering low velocity airflow in simultaneous with the radiation heating system hot air can be re-circulated thereby efficiency can be increased. NSW’s Scientific design of ducts realizes the contra flow ovens.

 

IR-BULBS: Infrared heating bulbs are used as the heat source, much of its energy is light and is easily reflected. Economical version for the low temp. application upto 100°C. like paint curing of plastic bodies, etc.

IR-TUBES: Short infrared waves generated by IR Tubes are readily absorbed by most materials because majority of its energy is heat. Longer wave IR Tubes brings the product upto a given temperature as quickly and as evenly as possible.

 

 

IR – CERAMIC ELEMENTS: Infrared ceramic heating elements are used with, suitable reflectors. These medium wave heaters can be used for a temperature upto 200°C and its very little time to achieve the temp. economizes its utility. IR Ceramic heating elements   provide superior results in Finishing and Process heating industry. CONTROLS: Temperature is controlled by PID control using Solid State Relay (SSR) / (SCR) and other highly advanced controlling     instruments can be incorporated such as programmable timer with memory backup, temperature recorder with simple or multipoint   recording capability, photoelectric sensor, limit switch, etc.

These ovens are specially designed for curing of powder on the metallic parts. After powder coating, the product is hanged on the trolley and then it is pushed inside the oven for the curing process. The working temperature of these ovens is from 180 to 220 degree C. The standard sizes range from 75 cu ft to 500 cu ft. The panel is mounted on the side of the oven or can be a stand alone panel.

The basic function of the air handling unit is take in outside air, recondition it & supply it to the required place. Depend on the requirement a filtration level, pressurization pressure, temperature & R.H. level can be set. A AHU/ASU is to keep the booths, FOZ & painting are dust free & pressurized so that dust particle do not enter in the painting area & good quality output can taken out.Except dust level, temperature & humidity also play a role for painting quality.

A thin layer of paint is build with the help of flow coater & flat items can be coated from top. The coating thickness can be controlled with the help of controlling speed of conveyor & thickness of paint layer.Belt type conveyor oven is adjoined with the flow coater to dry the paint. Coated parts from flow coater to dryer belt for drying go automatically with smooth movement. It is a P.L.C controlled sensing system to confirm pressure of objects to be painted. i.e The Gun will spray the paint, only when the part is in front of the gun. This result better productivity, lesser wastage of over sprayed paint. This system can also have the controlled movement of the guns as per the objects height and width.
