Monorail Overhead Conveyor Oven

The jobs are hanged at a comfortable height through hangers on the conveyor to pass through tunnel type oven. The conveyor can be chosen from 3 wheel with T-track, 4 wheel conveyor or I beam conveyor. The jigs / fixture are designed for product to product and NSW reveal its expertise for the same. The oven is supplied with oil fired heat exchanger and high power blower. The system can also be provided with electrical heating elements and temperature variation from zone to zone.

  • Construction:The oven is made out of Mild steel or stainless steel sheets from both inside and outside or mild steel from outside and stainless/ G.I sheets from inside. The oven is duly painted with Enamel Paint giving a rich look from outside. The body is fully insulated with mineral wool to minimize the heat losses and the thickness of the wall varies from 50mm to 150mm depends up on the maximum working temperature of the oven.
  • Choice of Air circulation:Vertical, horizontal or combination
  • Heating Media:Electrical / Diesel / Gas
  • Temperature Range:Ambient to 300C
  • Control panel:with Standard Controls
  • Voltage Stabilizer:in case of diesel/gas fired heating system

  • Temperature controller:PID with or without temp. Profiling (ramp & soak) can be provided with SSR/ SCR for optimum accuracy. The programming of PID can vary from 4 programmes to 99 programmes.
  • Safety/BlindTemperature Control:Digital /Analog temperature controller can be provided for safety. It acts as a backup & does not allow temperature to shoot up in case of main temperature controller fails to operate.
  • Conveyor speed control:Variable frequency drive is to increase or decrease the speed of the conveyor.

  • Doors:Insulated door can be provided to minimize the heat losses at both entry and the exit side of the oven. In case of automated system, the door closes as soon as product clears the door and re-opens when the product approaches the oven.
  • Servicing windows:To ease in accessibility, for the servicing and maintenance, Windows can be provided on different areas of the machine.

Monorail Floor Conveyor Oven

The conveyor travels on floor level on the floor mounted track and carry the jobs on jigs. The rotation of jigs on its own axis can be offered either manually or automatically. Disc Rotary Oven

These ovens are incorporated with round discs, which rotate with the help of a drive unit. An automatic pneumatic door with timer/sensor is provided to close/open the door after a specified time to minimize the heat losses during loading & unloading of material on to the disc. Multi-Tier Conveyor Oven

Disc Rotary Oven

These ovens are incorporated with round discs, which rotate with the help of a drive unit. An automatic pneumatic door with timer/sensor is provided to close/open the door after a specified time to minimize the heat losses during loading & unloading of material on to the disc. The disc carrying these products rotates inside the oven and after completing the cycle time the products and remove from the oven.
