Nandan recognizes the fact that the facilities are the biggest constraint in the execution of orders. We have designed our facilities to be of redundant capacity. We have factories in four locations around Mumbai in Andheri, Kurla, Navi Mumbai and Khopoli. We are also planning a further addition to capacity by means of additional plant within the next 1-2 years. Head Office : Marol 2500 sq ft with small assembly facility. Close to our hearts as it was established 19 years ago. Works (Old) : Kurla 15, 000 sq ft workshop which is in the heart of the city and 4 km from the airport. Works Unit 1 : The Turbhe unit of NGSEPL is in the heart of Maharashtra Industrial Area in Turbhe (District Thane) with access to rail and road infrastructure. The unit is completely owned by NGSEPL. The unit consists of the following facilities :
Scope of expansion : The facility can be expanded here by increasing the height of shed as well as the office building. The current space is planned with optimal layout and with full space utilization and leaves scope for future expansions. Works Unit 2 : Khopoli New facility with operates started in March 2008 and having a total area of 40, 000 sq ft and built up shed (phase 1 ) of 15, 000 sq ft of 9m height and having an EOT of 5 ton capacity Another feature is just 20 kms from JNPT port of Mumbai.
