Application

These are used for terminating high voltage cables in main units (RMU), Transformers, GIS insulated switchgear which have very less air clearance. These have semi conductive surface and when the outer surface is connected to ground it is at zero potential on the surface of the termination. It also provides human safety as accidental contact does not lead to short circuit or shock to human life.

It is a self bonding rubber tape. It is used for electrical insulation of irregular surfaces and cable joints.

Application

It is used for installation of cable joint and terminations as well as providing insulation to uneven surfaces in electrical switchgear/transformers. Both conducting and insulating types are available.

Namonkar NBIT is made from radiation crosslinked polyolefin. The dual layer structure of insulation/hot melt adhesive makes the tape effective to provide electric insulation and shock protection for busbar up to 36KV.

Application

It is widely used to protect complex busbar connection where tube products cannot be applied.

Namonkar NBT is a medium/heavy wall heat shrinkable tubing. It is made from specially formulated radiation cross-linked halogen free compounds.

Application

It can provide high resistance to tracking and arcing. Used to enhance the insulation properties of bus-bar in switch and substation to adapt to application in insulating medium/high voltage bus bars up to 1.1 KV, 11 KV, 24 KV, 36 KV.

Namonkar HFT tubing is made of very flexible heat-shrinkable fabric material. They shrink and fit snugly and securely around the underlying substrate.

Application

Designed primarily to provide mechanical abrasion protection for components such as rubber hoses, plastic pipes, and harness wiring bundles, they are also suitable for other applications, such as noise and rattle suppression

Namonkar SFS/AFS is a heat-treated fiberglass sleeving coated with special kind of resins and offers outstanding temperature withstand capabilities of 200oC/1500C. It has excellent properties of self-extinguishing & flexibility. It is available in various voltages (1.2, 1.5, 3, 5, 7, etc) it is extensively used for protection of wire bundles from High temperature

Application

Specially coated fiberglass sleeves are used for organizing wires in different temperature zones. The type of coating decides temperature zone in which the wire bundle protected by the coated fiberglass sleeve can be used. They provide solutions for all temperature zones from 100 degree C to 1000 degree C. They also enable wire bundles to become fire survivor for four hours.

Namonkar AHRFS is a heat reflection and thermal protection product. It is available in various formats like sleeve, self-closing, corrugated etc. It is used extensively in the automotive field in the engine area to protect the substrate from heat.

Application

Namonkar AHRFS offers perfect protection for industrial wire, cable, hose, pipes, tubing and equipment that is close to intense radiant sources such as super hot metal slabs, liquid or molten metals or glass, open flame or engine, exhaust mainfolds.

Namonkar CT is a corrugated tube for bundling and protection application. It is available for continuous operating temp of 105, 125, 150 deg C. and is available in slit or unslit format. The identification line can be of any colour as per the customer request.

Application

It is widely used for protecting wires and cable harnesses in automotive, equipment, railways etc. It can also be used for protecting the hydraulic hoses.
