Application

Series NGH L hydraulic external vibrators are particularly suitable for emptying containers and bulk material hoppers containing adherent bulk materials, for preventing bridging and tubing and for compacting various materials.A special characteristic is its use for unloading transport vehicles, e.g. trucks, silo buses and ships.The Vibratos are driven via the hydraulic system belonging to the carrier vehicle, and are therefore independent of any external energy supply.

Design and functioning principle

The rotary vibration is created by an unbalance. High rotational speeds result in large centrifugal forces.The rotational speed, and hence the centrifugal force, can be regulated continuously via the volume flow rate.NHG 500 L, NHG 900 L and NHG 3000 L have fixed working moments. The working moment of the NHG 600 RL can be adjusted is steps, from the outside.Series NHG L hydraulic external vibrators are also available without an overflow oil line connection.The pressure in the return line must not exceed 2 bar.

ELECTRO MAGNETIC BIN VIBRATOR

Type of Construction:Electromagnetic vibrators are of a robust design, suited for most rough service conditions. They can be very easily installed.Electromagnetic vibrators do not need any maintenance.Vibrators of same power and various frequencies are interchangeable because their dimensions and fixations are identical.Lifting lugs make their transportation easy. The erection personnel does not have to remove the vibrator hoods.

-Technical Data:-Electromagnetic vibrators are designed for continuous full-load operation (100% running time). They correspond to the Standards OF IS, and have the insulation Class H.Electromagnetic vibrators are supplied with enclosure IP 55/65 according to requirement.

Control and Regulating Units-

1.Automatic voltage compensation:Voltage fluctuation of up to +/- 10% are compensated automatically. Thus keeping the feed rate constant.
2.Line arized stroke characteristics:The unit uses the total bandwidth of the set point adjustment , as the stroke is linearized.
3.Protection with actual value failure:The Electromagnetic vibrator is protected against hammering whenever the actual value fails.
4.Analog output signal for process control purpose:An analog output signal allows for monitoring of actual value and stroke.
5.Operation signal by contact assembly for external processing control
6.Easy maintenance:Diagnostic connector and a LED display for voltage and controller release.
7.Free selection of set point signal:Our control units can work with 4 alternative set point signals without any supplementary module.The set point signals can be 0-10 V, 0-20 mA, 4-20 mA and the potentiometer.
8.Output frequency:You can use the control unit for output frequencies of 60 Hz, 50 Hz, 30 Hz or 25 Hz.
9.Supply Voltage:Supply voltages from 200 V up to 500 V with the usual grading are allowed.
10.Electric safety:The units provide optimum electric safety and protection IP55/ IP-65.On demand, We also supply special supplementary modules for monitoring.The code letters used in the type code represent t he following functions and units.
THYRISTOR CONTROL TYPE KThe feed-rate can be adjusted infinitely during operation by means of a potentiometer. Voltage fluctuations are compensated and have no influence on the preset stroke.
THRYSTOR CONTROL TYPE Y.In addition to the K-type functions with this type of regulation changes in load to the machine are taken into account. A stroke sensor mounted at the feeder permanently checks the effective amplitude and compares it with the preset value.
