FLIP FLOP VIBRATING SCREENS

A high amount of energy is required for sizing or classifying fine cut materials and near cut size grains with high moisture content. This energy can only be provided by the kinetic energy of thethrow. The actual sizing process occurs at the moment of impact of grain on to the screen bottom. In case of humid bulk material, high adhering forces generated between the particles make the grain impossible to pass through the hole in conventional screening method (ie. The so-called Thick Layer Screening).
The high energy required for throw cannot be generated by drop energy. This can be done by raising acceleration to the level of 50g. But this is impossible by moving the whole frame construction. The technique is to move only the screen mat, which is described as a direct excited screen bottom. The machine consists of two sets of moving cross members connected to an inner frame system and an outer frame alternately and both independently to a drive consisting of shaft fitted with eccentric bearings. The alternated frames excite the mat enabling the mat to generate high energy and throw required.
Hence the acceleration and mechanical stress of the frame systems is low but the acceleration of the screen mats is about 40-50g. This multiplies the energy charges to the particle.
During the stretch and relax cycles (8-16 times a second) the opening of polyurethane elastic screen mats gets elongated, thereby, totally eliminating plugging and clogging effect

NETTER ELECTRIC EXTERNAL VIBRATORS

NETTER ELECTRIC EXTERNAL VIBRATORS SERIES NEG/NEA/NED
  • Circular Vibration
  • Nominal Ferquency from 750 min-1 to 3.600 min-1
  • Centrifugal force from 40 N to 217.700 N
  • Smooth housing surfacr
  • Stainless steel weight covers
  • Ex 2 GD (ATEX) avaible
  • Protection IP 66-7 , Insulation class F
  • Stainless steel versions avaible
Application

Series NEG, NEA or NED electric external vibrator are use whenever for example, conveyor chutes or sieves need to be driven, in addition , these can be loosen material blockages and adhesion in silos. When use on concrete forms , the especially even vibration produces high surface quality and compaction of the concrete. The special feature of the NEG is its maintenance- free operation, even in rough environmental conditions.

Design and functioning principle

Electric external vibrator are unbalance motors, which work according to the short circuit runner principle and apart from a few significant differences, are very similar to conventional electric motors. The 3-phase NEG units run at 750 , 1000 or 3000 min-1 with a 230/400V , 50 Hz power supply, depending on the number of poles. The NEA single phase unites run at 3000 min-1 with a 230V, 50 HZ power supply. Additional voltages are available. The direct current NED unites run at 3000 min-1 with a 12 or 24 Volt power supply.Unbalance sitting on each end of the shaft produce an unidirectional sinus-shaped rotation at the frequency of the respective speed of rotation.

All NEG/NEA are also design for operation at 60 Hz . The unbalance is adjusted if necessary.
Generously dimensioned rolling bearings guarantee high operational safety. All NEG are suitable for operation with netter frequency converters, without limitation.

STAINLESS STEEL ELECTRIC EXTERNAL VIBRATORS

NETTER STAINLESS STEEL ELECTRIC EXTERNAL VIBRATORS SERIES NESSeries NES
  • Circular Vibration
  • Nomonal Ferquency from 750 min-1 to 3.600 min-1
  • Centrifugal force from 40 N to 217.700 N
  • Smooth housing surfacr
  • Stainless steel weight covers
  • Ex 2 GD (ATEX) avaible
  • Protection IP 66-7 , Insulation class F
  • Stainless steel versions avaible
Application

The stainless steel electric vibrators of the NES series are used mainly in the chemical, pharmaceutical and food industries. They serve as drives or conveyor troughs. sieves and discharge devices. The stainless steel surfaces of the vibrators are especially resistant to chemically corrosive environmental conditions and can be thoroughly cleaned manually and by machine with powerful cleaning agents.

Design and functioning principle

Stainless steel electric external vibrators are three-phase current asynchronous motors with adjustable unbalances at both ends of the shaft that generate an undirected sinusoidal vibration. The extremely load -resistant roller bearings guarantee a long working life.

All NES are suitable for operation with Netter frequency and voltage converters.
NetterVibration has a worldwide network of experienced application engineers and field represantives. We would be pleased to offer advice on site and to help optimise your applications using vibration technology.
NetterVibration offers the accessories required for the mounting, installation, control and monitoring of vibrators and impactors.

MULTIPLE SHAFT VIBRATORY SYSTEM

Multiple Shaft Vibratory System
  • 100% controlled vibration in each direction
  • Resonance-free start and stop
  • Amplitude adjustment during operation
  • Frequency control during operation
  • Constant acceleration with varying loads
  • Prevention of resonance and associated noise
  • Operating times of less than 1 second possible
  • Control loops for acceleration possible
Application

The multiple-shaft vibration system Vector Drive offers a multitude of application possibilities. The resonance-free starting and stopping, together with independent regulation of the working direction, frequency and amplitude open up new possibilities for compacting, mixing, feeding and distributing.

Design and functioning principle

The Vector Drive system consists of a control unit and at least 4 vibrators. For an electric vibrator there are generally two operating conditions and two transitional phases: standstill (no vibration), nominal rotational speed (vibration) and acceleration up to nominal rotational speed or deceleration down to standstill. Often , however, only the two operating conditions, standstill and nominal rotational speed, are desired, since detrimental resonance zones must be passed through in the transitional phases.Example: Bulk material is optimally compacted using external vibrators at 3000 revs/min. When passing through rotational speeds between 1700 revs/min and 1300 revs/min , undesirable loosening can occur. The best solution would be to simply switch on the vibration at the nominal rotational speed and then switch it off again.

The control unit of the Vector Drive system makes this desired on/off effect (vibration I no vibration) possible.Within a fraction of a second , the unbalances are positioned with each other in a way that allows the required centrifugal force and working direction.Independent of the arrangernent of the vibrators on the table, it is possible to create circular vibrations, as well as linear vibrations, by a change of the working direction. The various working directions can be controlled successively during operation, also with changing frequencies and amplitudes. The Power Cube is the preferred variant for the arrangement of the vibrators. The vibrators, in this case, are arranged in a cube under the table. The vibrators can be easily rearranged by dismounting and rotating the cube . Of course , it can just as easily be mounted under a different table construction.
