The cleaned ore is discharged from the discharging port, while mud water flows out from the railing end. It is an effective equipment to deal with difficult washing ore if combined with cylinder washing machine.

Sand washer is widely used for washing large ore, and it is of cylinder type and sieve type.Meanwhile, the sieve type washer can divide the materials into +40mm and -40mm and further into+2mm and -2mm by washing. Spiral Classifier is divided into high weir single helix and immerged double helices. It is widely used to form closed loop operation together with bill mill to classify the granules in the ore pulp. And it is applied to classify ore sand and fine mud in the gravity separation process. Also, it can be used to deslime and dewater during ore washing process. Electro Magnetic Industries Cable reeling Drum is spring powered & an essential accessory for lifting magnets in either Mobile Crane, E.O.TCranes, Electrical Hoist, etc.The drum revolves on a pair of ball bearings for smooth operations and rotation of the drum and the reel is almost maintenance free.This reel is fabricated out from heavy gauge mild steel sheet which does not get damaged, being very rugged and has a set of high tension spring on one side to reel and unreel drum and double contact slip rings assembly for power supply to the magnet on the other side.The Slip-ring arrangement is made from high conductive phosphor-Bronze Material and the copper brushes are of very high grade.
