Our Shotcrete Machine Works on a Dry Mix Principle. the Mix Is Then Transported in Continuous Process to the Air Chamber. from There It Is Blown by the Compressed Air Stream Through the Hose to the Spraying Nozzle and to the Application Area Respectively. Driven by Electric Motor of 10 H.p.(compton Make) Then Heater Is Added to Dry Concrete in the Nozzle at He End of the Conveying Hose Pipe.
Machine Is Widely Used for the Tunnel, Bridge Underground Construction & Open Faces or Pools. It Is Also Widely Used for Road and Rail Tunnel, Subway, Hydro Power Station, Underground Engineering and Mine Engineering Etc.
Adjustable Clamping Device Make It Easy to Adjust the Press Between Sealing Plate and Rotor Disk, So as to No Air and Dust Leak and Prolong Consumption Parts Life.

Our ShotCrete Machine works on a DRY MIX principle. The materials is filles in the feefing hooer fron where it falls into the chamber if revolving rotor. The mix is then transported in cintinous process to the air chamber. from there it is blown by the compresed air stream through the hose to the spraying nozzle adn to the application area respectively. Driven by Electric Motor of 10 H.P.(Crompton make) then heatter is added to dry concrete in the nizzle at he ENd of the conveying Hose pipe.

The mixed concrete from concrete mixture is transferred in the concrete placer, by placing mixture machine at a specific height as to compare concrete placer. The clute of the concrete mixer is adjusted just above of the feeding hopper of concrete placer. The mix wet concrete is filled into the concrete placer through clute of mixture. The compressed air supply is driven through the pipe live ritted in concrete placer. As soon as compressed air supply is started, the concrete from placer begins tranferring from placer to pipe line and finally reaches the point of placement, through the M.S seamless pipe line & Bends.
