Diamonds for single point dressing tools are selected for their structural strength, number of points, degrees of sharpness, and lack of detrimental flaws. The proper selection of size and quality appropriate for a given application requires qualified judgement.
We offer different grades of diamonds for single point diamond dressers. Natural point : 1) Brutted "A" Grade 2) Brutted "B" Grade 3) Brutted "C" Grade
Considerable care should be taken in mounting the diamond dresser in position diamonds are sensitive to shock and impact. The dresser must be clamped rigidly in place to avoid vibration once dressing begins. An ample supply of coolant should be directed contact at the diamond point before dressing begins, as the sudden application of coolant to the diamond once it has heated up can cause it to shatter.
Marposs gauging feelers are used for measuring in process gauging of internal and external diameters during precise grinding operation of mass-produced components such as Crankshaft, Camshafts, Gear Shaft etc. in auto industries and in bearing industries.We manufacturers these feelers with duly lapped diamond cone, blended at tip with radius, enhancing consistency, repeatability, durability and interchangeability.

Prior to external /internal grinding of bearing rings, these rings are normally face ground on both sides on a duplex grinder with a high level of precision and accuracy for face parallelism and face waviness. One of the faces of the bearing ring is resting on the bevelled edge of the "Driving Plate". Hence this becomes a "Reference face" for all subsequent hard machining operations.Due to this demanding requirement, the "Driving plate" is made of composite construction viz: a wear resistant carbide ring strongly brazed to a carbon steel body. The end face of the carbide ring is precision ground and finally lapped a very high level of surface finish and geometrical accuracy.On the machine, "Driving plate" is fixed to the work head spindle and it is a rotating part. Thus a good quality "Driving Plate" is VITAL part in the hard machining process of bearing rings.

The end face of the clamping plate is precision ground and finally lapped to very high end of surface finish and geometrical accuracy.Thus a good quality "clamping plate" is vital part in the hand machining process of bearing.
