Plywoods are made from the thin layers of core wood veneers to give strngth to the furniture. It comes under the specification of IS:303 grade and IS:710 grade.

  Block Boards are made from long strips of sawned wood joined together from inside the panel. It is the traditional technique of making ply boards. Block boards are available in commercial and water proof grades and are manufactured in accordance to ISI: 1649.

  Exterior Facade also known as cladding is famous these days used for the purpose of exterior decoration. It is manufactured as same as high pressure laminates but the thickness is 6 mm, 9 mm and 12 mm. The upper layers are covered with UV (Ultra Violet) coating which increases its life and saves it from direct sunlight and other weather incidents.

  In order to save furniture from termite and borer, PVC or Plastic ply has been developed which is purely made out of polymer plastics. There is no effect of termite or borer on the PVC ply which increase more years to the life of furniture.

  Prime Edge Bend Tape has been developed which replaces the traditional wood margin or beeding era. The edge bending tape is now largely used on the edge of the furniture. It comes in numerous colors and can be matched according to the color and design of the furniture.
