Transformer  Capacitance and Tan Delta Tester is a 12 KV C & Tan delta test instrument that is  used to measure the dissipation factor (PF) of

insulating materials in heavy interference sites such as power plants or power substations.

It can also be used in laboratory for high accuracy capacitance and dissipation

measurement. The tester is all-in-one unit which includes precision digital bridge, power

unit, internal reference capacitor (CN), booster transformer, and other electronic circuits.

7-inch HD color touch screen, easy to use.When started, it runs automatically. All test

results can be automatically stored and printed by the built-in printer. PC software can

control instrument operation and automatically generate test reports in Excel format.

The powerful three-phase relay test set MP3000A is designed for multipurpose field test and commissioning application. All types of protection relays, including electro-mechanical, solid state and modern microprocessor based, can be easily tested with our automatic relay testing software. High accurate voltage and current source makes it easy to test energy meters and transducers too.( Energy meter and transducer testing feature is optional and not included in standard version)

The CT Test Set (30 KA) can conduct on-site bus-type generator and current transformer testing, which are rated at 10-50kA. The indirect CT testing determines ratio and angle errors by comparing one test point. The other test point errors are tallied from CT running idle voltage-current curve with an open primary winding. The CT Test Set (30 KA) includes CT Test Set 5kA and CT VCC Converter.

Steps :

• Determining ratio and angle error of the instrument-class current transformer (ICT) under test according to a standard test pro¬cedure, e.g. at a 20% of nominal current value.
• Constructing a Voltage-Current curve for ICT-under-test secondary winding throughout the whole current operating range from 01 to 120%.
• Determining the values of ICT errors from the Voltage-Current characteristics with consideration for the systematic error introduced into the ICT errors by transformer core material.

The CT Test Set (6 KA) includes IT5000 Adjustable Current Source, PCTI Portable Current Transformer (Instrument-class), Burden Box, and Energomonitor 3.3T1-C reference instrument, which is offered as CT test comparator. The CT Test Set (6 KA) has class 0.05 instrument current transformers (CT) and is portable device that conducts electric measurements in 50Hz AC circuits. The voltages are nominal (up to and including 0.66 kV) and the PCTI series can support test on-site and in-lab processes for Class 0.2S transformers or the lesser models in terms of accuracy. There is an adjustable current source rated 6 kA as well as connection cables of IT5000 adjustable current source with the CT Test Set (6 KA).
