Murhopye Pilot Fermenters are developed for volumes above 20 litres. The basic unit comprises of jacketed pressure vessel made of stainless steel with standard ports for:

•  Air inlet and outlet connection
•  Connections for acid, alkali, antifoaming agent, feed and harvest
•  Connections for continuous culture
•  Side ports for pH, oxygen and temperature probes

pH Control: - pH Control system using micro processor based PID controller with dual output range 0-14 pH with an accuracy of 0.1 pH. pH controlled using built in peristaltic pumps for addition of acid / alkali. Imported sterilizable electrode(optional)

OPTIONAL CONTROLS
• Antifoam control - consisting of foam probe and built in peristaltic pump for adding antifoaming agent as per the time interval set on the controller
• Dissolved Oxygen monitor and control system through microprocessor based PID controller and imported electrode.
• Dissolved CO2 monitor and control system through microprocessor based PID controller and imported electrode.
• Pressure control system consisting of pressure gauge, needle valve, SS exhaust condenser, membrane filter controller .
• Six point recorder- multi color dot printer with variable speed chart.
• Computer control system with software- All control loops are provided with RS 232/ 485 communication capability

OPTIONAL ACCESSORIES/ FEATURES
• Continuous culture – Provision of feeding substrate by peristaltic pump and harvest control based on level / weight of the media in the vessel.
• Boiler- A small electrically operated vertical type autoclave steam boiler can be supplied for the sterilization of tubes, needle, and other accessories. 

Construction: Double walled, inner chamber of the bath is made of SS, outer finished with enamel paint, glass wool insulation in between the two walls.

Other features: Stirrer, Contact thermometer to control temperature from 30 deg C to 100 deg C with 0.1 Deg C accuracy; Glass fixed on front panel for easy viewing.

Models: working chamber size- 425X 250X225 mm; 300X 250X 225 mm.

Optional : Digital Temperature indicator cum controller.

Murhopye Wrist action shakers are made of heavy cast iron base with rugged construction and two side arms and top platform to hold 100ml to 1000ml flasks. Fitted with F.H.P. heavy duty motor with variable speed for continuous and smooth shaking.
Adjustable arms helps to choose the shaking amplitude and speed for different applications.
Over load protection turns off in the event of malfunction.

MURHOPYE Humidity chambers are designed for use in laboratories & industry for conducting tests requiring an atmosphere of controlled temperature and humidity. Typical applications are investigation of vapour proof of packaging materials, determination of dielectric strength, insulation tests of electric components and study of effect of ambient conditions on plant, animal and microbial cultures

Construction:These are triple walled cabinets wherein the inside walls and shells are made of SS. The outer body is made of GI sheet. A turbo blower maintains forced air circulation. The door has viewing window and has a magnetic rubber gasket to avoid vapour leakage.

A Humidistat controls the humidity up to 95% with a sensitivity of 3%.

Water tank, circulation pump and thermostat are standard features.

Optional :Digital temperature and humidity indicating controller with sensor in place of thermostat. Thermo-hygrometer/ cooling unit to enable operation of oven below room temperature from 5 C to 60 C
