The Polypropylene Micropore Pleated Filter Cartridge is the most economical and efficient solution for various filtration applications .It has an excellent filtration efficiency and chemical compatibility across a wide range of liquid process filtration. The cartridge Constructed of multilayer micropore media providing high flow rates and high dirt holding characteristics . The structure of PP has stable performance. The construction utilizes thermal welding techniques to seal all components and therefore eliminates extracts and optimizing cartridge integrity. Featuring excellent retention rate and high surface area improving efficiency and reducing filtration cost. The PES Filters are Absolute Rated Polyethersulphone Membrane Filter is designed to provide higher reduction of Bacteria , Virus and fine particles at higher efficiency. High porosity and increased active filtration area with geometrically unique pores provide greater particle removal at high flow rates. This PES membrane filter is permanently hydrophilic, with broad chemical compatibility and extremely low extractable levels in a wide range of fluids and applications. It is constructed of two materials PES Membrane and Polypropylene supports to meet high standards of pharmaceutical &chemical industry. Its high retention rate, super chemical tolerance and thermal stability, good intension, withstand shocks and back pressures.

The hydrophobic PTFE membrane is ideally suited for filtering acids, bases and solvents. In addition, the hydrophobic membrane provides superior flow and pressure drop characteristics per unit area for gas filtration and tank venting applications, fermentation feed air.
