Grundfos offers a wide range of dosing pumps representing state-of-the-art technology. Digital Dosing solutions (SMART Digital, DME, DDI) set new standards in liquid chemical handling and accuracy.
The operator can easily install and set up the pump to discharge exactly the quantity of dosing liquid required for the process in a unique drive- and flow-control management concept.
The setting of the pump is displayed in ml/h, l/h or gph, and the operation mode is easily identified by means of icons. The DMH mechanical hydraulic dosing pump range is the preferred choice for industrial and complex tasks. The DMH range is a series of extremely strong, robust pumps for applications where a substantial dosing range and high-pressurecapabilities are required.
Applications
The dosing pumps are designed for handling chemicals within the following applications, among others:

The basicCRpump range, which can be applied in almost any industrial solution, is already in itself the broadest range available. Through our modular approach, we have made it even broader.
The basicCRpump range is available in four different materials: cast iron, two grades of stainless steel, and all-titanium. There are eleven flow sizes, capable of producing up to almost 50 bar of pressure, and with a variety of shaft seals, rubber materials and supply voltages.
Pump parts which are typically vulnerable to difficult liquids or particularly demanding operating conditions can be optimised for their purpose and designed for specific requirements.
Applications
CRpumps provide a complete range of pump solutions so that all applications, industrial and domestic, can benefit from the Grundfos touch. The applications that can be covered include the following:

TheGrundfosBMEXpump system is suitable for water treatment applications handling seawater and brackish water desalination.
Its special design to handle desalination features all wetted parts in seawater execution. For instance, all pump materials which are in contact with the seawater are made from 904L or duplex stainless steel.
In addition, the materials in contact with water in the pressure exchanger are made from duplex stainless steel and ceramic.
The BMEX booster system consists of:
Note: Base frame and manifold are optional for the X-Changers.
TheBMEXbooster system is based on the hydraulics ofGrundfosSP_R submersible pumps and an ERD (Energy RecoveryDevice).
The booster system is used for:
Applications
Desalination of brackish water and seawater.

TheSEGrange of grinder pumps fromGrundfosis specifically designed for pumping effluent and untreated sewage in small communities or sparsely populated areas with no sewer systems or where gravitation systems are unsuitable.
Pressurised systems are the perfect choice for transfer of effluent and sewage, and theSEGrange combines cost-effectiveness with maximum protection for the environment by facilitating the use of smaller pressure pipes for minimal investment costs.
TheSEGrange is designed to reduce energy consumption and to keep downtime costs to a minimum, while maintaining peakperformance throughout the system life.
Applications
TheGrundfos SEGpumps are specifically designed for pumping untreated wastewater from domestic, commercial or municipal sources. The high discharge pressure enables transfer of wastewater over longer distances.

Rotary lobe blowers used to increase the capacity of the primary vacuum pumps when operating at their minimum suction pressure (as a booster). The RBS/AV blowers must be used in series with a primary vacuum system ( VP ) and for pressures lower than 50 mbar absolute. The main characteristics of these blowers are as follows:
-two conjugate rotorswhich rotate inside a special design casing with tight clearances in all position, assuring gas sealing without contact between parts-the labyrinth sealsavoid the atomized oil to enter into the compression chamber.-the sealing between compression chamber and environment is ensured by O-rings seals, set between ground surfaces.-The shaft end sealing is made by two seal rings in VITON with opposite lips lubricated by means of a fitted on oiler.The oil ring housing can be cooled by water circulation.-the shaft is protectedby an hardened replaceable sleeve.- Suction of gases and vapours;- No sliding parts, therefore no wear;- Safe operation and minimum maintenance;
Robuschi can supply primary vacuum systems consisting of liquid vacuum pumps with deliveries up to 4, 200 m/h.
Grundfos TP and TPEvertical in-line pumps are used in a variety of applications. The pumps are all single-stage, in-line centrifugal pumps with standard motors and mechanical shaft seals. The pumps are of the close-coupled type, i.e. pump and motor are separate units. Consequently, the pumps are less sensitive to impurities in the pumped liquidthan similar pumps of the canned rotor type.
Two different models of vertical in-line pumps are available. Please note that there are a number of specific productvariants available for each model. Detailed information on these variants can be found inGrundfos WebCAPS.TPpump model is notable for its high levels of reliability and efficiency. Quiet, highly-efficient IE3 motors are standard components. AllTPpumps are electro-coated to ensure high corrosion resistance.
The main difference betweenTPandTPEpumps is the motor. TPE motors have a built-in frequency converter, allowing different control methods to be employed.TPEpumps offer benefits with respect to energy savings and increased comfort.
Applications
These vertical in-line pumps are used in commercial buildings for air conditioning and heating applications. The pumps are all single-stage, in-line centrifugal pumps with standard motors and mechanical shaft seals. The pumps are of the close-coupled type, i.e. pump and motor are separate units. Consequently, the pumps are less sensitive to impurities in the pumped liquid than similar pumps of the canned rotor type.

Overview
The most robust pump designed ever for water pressure boosting It was once said that great things come in small packages. When you meet theGrundfosCM booster pump for the first time, youll certainly agree. This horizontal multi-stage pump has been created with compactness and modularity as two of its central features. Add reliability and quiet operation to the mix, and another innovative pump solution fromGrundfosis born.
Centrifugal modular. The pump is basically composed of a series of interchangeable modules, all of which have been designed to work together seamlessly, no matter the application
Appliications:
CM pump with pressure controller is used for constant water pressure. Can be ideal when space is constraint near overhead tank. It also has dry running protection, incase of no water in the pipeline.
CM pump is also supplied with pressure tank for constant water pressure. When the pressure drops to the pre-set level, the pump will start-up and when the water consumption drops again, the outlet pressure will rise to a pre-set stop pressure after which the pump will stop. Available from 8 lts to 100 lts tank range.
