Available in a wide selection of performance ranges up to 3, 000 m/h and differential pressures of up to 1, 000 mbar. They cover most requirements flexibly and powerfully. The G-Series side channel blowers feature voltage range motors for 50 /60 /87 and 100 Hz in protection class IP 55 or higher (IP56 or IP65) (insulation class F) and are UL 507 and CSA 22.2 No. 113 approved anda also available with ATEX certification.

Trilobe Blowers
Rotary lobe blowers used to increase the capacity of the primary vacuum pumps when operating at their minimum suction pressure (as a booster). The RBSAV blowers must be used in series with a primary vacuum system ( VP ) and for pressures lower than 50 mbar absolute. the sealing between compression chamber and environment is ensured by O-rings seals, set between ground surfaces.The shaft end sealing is made by two seal rings in VITON with opposite lips lubricated by means of a fitted on oiler. The oil ring housing can be cooled by water circulation.

ROBOX evolutionis an integrated compression unit designed to convey gas at low pressure, based on the RBS lobe positive displacement rotary lobe blower, operated by an electric motor through a special belt drive, including all accessories and noise enclosure.
These characteristics reduce:system coststhanks to theoptimisation of space; running coststhanks to thelow energy consumptionand to theexclusion of all standstill risksensured by the innovativeelectronic control system SENTINEL; maintenance coststhanks to theeasyaccess to all parts for normalservice operations.

Silent Operation:The emitted sound level is in fact 7 dB(A) lower than the previous series, in all operating conditions.

Simple Inspection :all the maintenance operations are performed from the front with the removal of the front panel or panels and/or the opening of the upper panel.

Monitored Operation :ROBOX evolution is ready-to-fit the exclusive SENTINEL electronic monitoring system.

Compact : it has reduced dimensions and limited overall sizes. For this reason several ROBOX evolution can be placed side by side thereby significantly reducing the space they require and therefore the dimensions of the blower room.
