The High Speed Dry Syrup Powder Filling Machine was manufactured primarily to help in the filling up of bottles with the right type of powder. The machine is used to minimize the effort of filling bottles manually and reducing the number of mistakes that might be caused otherwise. The bottles are filled with the usage of in-feed turn table. Guide supply bottles are used to put bottles on the conveyor belts at the specific speed rate so that the filling of the bottles is accurately completed. The filling head is also present on the top of the machine plate in the same line. Bottle sensors are used to identify the bottle and fill it in with the right quantity of powder as mentioned. The bottle then goes to the sealing shaft on the conveyor belt.
