SBLFRS 60 Automatic Two Head Vial Filling & Rubber Stoppering Machine is a compact model used for filling and rubber Stoppering of Injectable liquid into vials.
The incoming dry vial (Sterilized) are fed through the Unscrambler and suitably guided on the moving delrin slat conveyor belt at the required speed of the correct placement below filling unit.
The filling unit consists of Filling Head, Syringes & Nozzles which are used for liquid filling. The Syringes are made of SS316 construction and both, glass as well as SS Syringes can be used. A Star Wheel is provided which holds the vial during filling operation. A sensor is provided for NO VIAL, NO FILLING operation. Syringes are mounted on eccentric block and driving through bottom main Gear Box. Volume can be either increased or decreased by increasing or decreasing stroke length of piston as per filling size. Syringes are having non return valve for sucking and delivering situation to avoid volume variation. Liquid will reach to filling nozzles through silicon transparent pipe. Nozzle will be having Up and Down movement with help of cam mechanism and it will come down when vial will be hold by Star Wheel for filling operation and Stars filling when it starts to move up and after completion of filling operation, Star Wheel delivers four / six vials together on conveyor for Rubber Stoppering operation.

Automatic High Speed Injectable Powder Filling with Rubber Stoppering Machine is a Double wheel Double Track Powder Filling Machine with Vibratory Rubber Stoppering Unit to feed higher quantity of rubber stopper to the feeding chute for High Speed Performance of Machine. The incoming dry vials (sterilized and siliconised) are fed through the unscrambler with suitably guided on the moving delrin flat conveyor belt at the required speed of the correct placement below powder wheel.
The sterilized powder stored in two powder hoppers is agitated by pair of mechanical agitators for maintaining consistency and uniform bulk density, each powder wheel having eight ports rotates at the pre determined speed below the powder hopper with practically no clearance. Powder wheel consist of Piston in each port and behind the powder wheel, vacuum plate is provided there is no clearance between powder wheel and vacuum plate due to back spring pressure. Precise volume of powder is sucked in to the port of powder wheel during vacuum according to the piston length different fill size can be achieved. The excess powder is doctored off by a doctor blade, the doctor blades can also be adjusted from outside without removing powder hopper. When powder wheel indexes further and remain in the port due to the vacuum till it reaches just vertically above the vial. The time dose of Compressed air, sterilized low pressure air or Nitrogen Gas sequentially flushes out powder from the port of powder wheel in to the container one by one. It is a double wheel Double track machine, so each powder wheel is filling vials alternately with double track system. The filled vials are immediately separated on the conveyor by vial separator and moves further for stoppering operation. (Different grooves separator can be used which depends on the container diameter or multiple dosing system.) After separated from vial separator, vials move further towards rubber stoppering unit and in between it will be converted in to single track from from double track with the help of suitable guide rails on machine conveyor.
The sterilized and siliconised rubber stoppers stored in the vibrator bowl moves vertically to the rubber stopper chute. The vial is hold firmly between pair or timing belt to pickup rubber stopper from exit end of the chute. Further the vials are passed between two pressing roller for tight fit fixing of rubber stopper. After stoppering operation, vials will be collected in to the Scrambler and move towards sealing machine for Vial sealing operation.

SBML-300D, is a monoblock type high speed machine which has injectable dry powder filling , vial liquid fillig & rubber stoppering machine in one frame structure.
From the sterilizing tunnel the empty sterilized vials are routed to the infeed turn table. Guides are provided in the turn table which properly aligns the empty vials and passes it to the conveyor. The conveyors takes the vial to the filling unit. A chamber type arrangement is provided for the pre gasing of nitrogen into the vials. The flushing of nitrogen takes place before the filling unit. No vial no filling sensor is provided to avoid the wastage of costly powder. The vials are held under the powder wheel by a pair of timed vial separators. The timing of the vial separator are adjusted in sequence with the intermittent motion of the powder wheel.
This machine is equipped with canister loading arrangement in which the canister is fitted on top of the powder hopper. From the powder hopper the powder is drawn by vacuum in to the powder wheel. Vacuum is applied through the nylon tips filter which is fitted on top of the piston inside the powder wheel. This piston retains the powder during indexing till it reaches exactly above the vial neck.
Instead of the front facing of the powder wheel this machine has side facing. The conveyor moves under the powder filling unit. The powder wheel consists of 12 ports instead of 8 port standard powder wheel.
When the vial is held in position by the vial separators a signal is relayed to the solenoid valve in the powder dosing system. This solenoid activates vacuum which holds the powder in the port of powder wheel, duing the rotation at the lowest end the outlet port is connected with compressed air / nitrogen and changes to pressure. The pressure forces the powder out of the port into the vial positioned directly below the powder fill wheel. The vial separators then rotate and the vials are forwarded on the conveyor towards the vial liquid filling unit.
A separate forcep type conveyor is provided for the eight head vial liquid filling unit. Individual drive system is provided for this conveyor. Here at a time eight vials are gets filled with liquid. Here the vials are moving and along with the vials the diving nozzles also moves along with the vial resulting in the pouring of liquid into the vial. In this system the syringe rotates 180 . This system ensures that you get a perfect accuracy while filling.
In this machine you can use powder filling and liquid filling together or you can use any one (i.e. Either powder filling or liquid filling). All the operations are controlled through plc system. Post gasing arrangement is provided at the rubber stoppering unitAfter filling the vials moves towards the rubber stoppering unit.
