304 stainless steel coil is a low carbon, molybdenum bearing, austenitic stainless steel coil. Its chemistry features a minimum of 18% chromium and 8% nickel.
These gradestainless steel coilsare used for its corrosion resistance to many chemical corrodents, in addition to having good mechanical properties. The corrosion resistance of grade 304 stainless steel makes it ideal for food processing equipment and surgical instruments. It has superior formability and weld ability when compared to other grades of stainless steel.

All tubes are electronically tested by Eddy Current method, as per the requirements of ASTM E 243.
Indigo tubes are 100% carbon free. All tubes are cleaned and sample tested to meet the residual requirements as specified by the codes at 0.038g/m2 (0.35g/ft2).
Coils are normally furnished in O60 temper and straight lengths in H58 temper.

Grade 1 Brass is referred to as a free-cutting brass or free-machining brass. Essentially a free-machining brass is an alloy intended for use as screw machine stock in applications. These applications necessitate the use of operations such as milling, turning, thread rolling, drilling, as well as tapping.
