Forging is a process wherein the material is hammered according to customers requirements. In this process Ingot is heated in a furnace & then forged. Our in-house Testing, Heat treatment & machining facility also allow us to deliver quality forged shafts for various applications.

We are provide one stop solution for all the casting needs, including design and engineering, patternmaking and molding. We have the capibility to undertake a broad range of projects which require high chrome white iron or steel casting, finishing and heat treating. Our range of castings are available in various IS grades like IS1030, IS 2708, IS 2644, IS 2707 and EN24, EN19, EN8, EN9, EN31, AISI309, AISI 310, AISI 316 and other AISI grades. We offer high quality alloy steel base casting alloyed with Adamite or Cr-Ni-Mo (Chromium, Nickel, Molybednum). The high mechanical strength of typical steel as well as wear resistance property of cast iron is flawlessly combined in these rolls by means of Special Heat Treatment Cycle. Our range of alloy steel base casting offer mechanical strength of higher degree with good weldability.

We have more than 25 years of valuable experience in providing rolling mills / rolls / rings. These products are manufactured as per highest possible standards considering the requirement of todays much demanding rolling mills. The high quality melts as well as precise composition control along with various heat treatment cycles are maintained during manufacturing stage.

With our capability to supply as per Indian, European and other International standards, we have the capibility to meet special requirements for Rolls & Rings, Flanges and Shafts. These products can be offered in up to 15 MT single piece finish & even more as per customers requirements. Our in-house machine shop allows us to deliver products different dimensions with optimum finish.
