Conductors:  The process involves drawing of thin conductors from bright electrolytic grade copper rods (99.9% pure) and annealed conductors are bunched together. Insulations:  Specially formulated grade of FRPVC compound is capable of with standing higher conductor temperatures. Continuous rating of 105°C and intermittent rating of 125°C enables the cable to be overload without endangering safety.
