Coir or cocopeat extraction machine can extract 8-10MT of cocopeat from Tender coconut or coir husk both , motor requires 30hp. Specification- 9.8ft shaft of solid 110mm dia round, body made with 8mm plates, and 48nos blades have been used.

Loose coconut sticks packed in 50kg bags , size- all mix with root cutting and hdpe bag packing. Lenth approx 18" upto 52"

Coir fiber bundles available for 35kg to 50kg binder with plastic strip or plastic tape

Coir fibre is obtained from the fibrous husk covering the inner shell of the coconut fruit and is the raw material for the coir Industry. The coir fibre is one of the hardest natural fibres available Because of its high content of lignin; coir is much more advantageous in different Application for erosion control, reinforcement and stabilization of soil and is preferred to any other natural fibers.

Cocopeat is a multi-purpose soil conditioner and surface mulchrooting medium. It is consistent and uniform in texture. It is a completely homogenous material composed of millions of capillary micro-sponges, that absorb and hold up to eight times it's own weight in water. The natural ph of 5.7 to 6.5, plus an unusually high cation exchange capacity - and easy available water assures that coir will hold and release nutrients in solution over extended periods without additional watering.The coir pith is cleaned and sieved before it is compressed . For easy transportation and usage it is compressed into a 650 gm briquette or a 5 kg block.
