High build polymer based paint for road marking.

SPECIFICATION : Perma Road Marking Paint is a water based coating for marking on roads and concrete floors. The product is based on high performance polymers specially developed to stand heavy traffic and adhesion to most flooring substrates. The product is available in yellow, black and white colours.

PRIMARY USES : Perma Road Marking Paint is designed for marking on the bituminous asphalt roads, concrete floors, concrete sports surfaces and pavers. The product is suitable for marking in vehicle parking lots, garages, workshops, factory floors etc.

ADVANTAGES

• Perma Road Marking Paint is water based hence easy to apply.

• Road marking of small areas is convenient as obtaining thermoplastic coating equipment is not feasible on small jobs.

• Perma Road Marking Paint does not need any primer. It can be applied straight from the can itself.

• Applied areas can be easily recoated after ageing of the first coated layer.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE : Clean the surface to be marked by washing and blowing compressed air. Apply masking tape around the areas to be marked. Apply two coats of Perma Road Marking Paint in liberal coats, the second coat being applied just when the first coat dries. Remove the masking tape when the second coat dries.

PACKING : Perma Road Marking Paint is available in 1Kg, 10Kg and 20Kg Packs.

SHELF LIFE : Perma Road Marking Paint has a shelf life of 12 months from the date of manufacture.

Perma Plaster Putty Colour

HIGHLY POLYMERIZED CEMENTITIOUS COLOUR PUTTY FOR INTERIOR APPLICATION

DESCRIPTIONPerma Plaster Putty Colour is a very fine quality powder putty with high polymer content and very refined fillers. This provides an ideal base for expensive and good quality paints.

PRIMARY USESCreation of smooth surface for application of paint to the walls and ceilings. It can be used on plasters, RCC or brick or block work directly.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE

• Clean the surface to remove dirt, dust, laitance, oil, grease etc. Dampen concrete or the plastered surface if it is very dry or wherever required.
• If the plastered surface has pores treat the surface with SBR diluted 1: 1 with water so that all the pores are primed. Subsequently then apply putty made to a flowing     consistency so that all the pores get filled up then apply putty.
• Mix 350 to 390 ml of clean water to 1 kg Perma Plaster Putty with the help of a mechanical mixer. Mix thoroughly and keep it for 5 to 10 minutes and then re-mix to obtain an even consistency creamy paste. Apply this paste on the plaster or brick or block work or concrete surface with spatula or putty blade. If there is a need to build up thickness it can be applied in layers taking care to see that the first layer has dried before the second layer is applied. One day light curing may be considered for optimum result. Sand paper the surface next day to perfect evenness with sand paper no. 500 and dust clean before application of paint.

Perma Paver Paint is a single component solvent based liquid material available in selected colors, used for coating concrete floors in heavy duty applications, paver tiles interlocking blocks etc. In parking lost walkways etc. The product is based on high performance polymers specially developed for heavy traffic applications. Primary Uses :
