Perma R - Poxy is a two component thixotropic epoxy resin based coloured joint. Perma R - Poxy is used for filling joints in between tiles or stone. Perma R - Poxy provides for aesthetic germ proof, chemical and hard wearing joints, resistant to a wide range of spillages and chemical attacks. Part A consists of a thick colored paste consisting of epoxy resin, graded aggregates, pigments and additives. Part B consists of a soft paste consisting of a mixture of graded fillers and catalyst. Primary Uses : For grouting residential and industrial floor joints where hygiene control, damp & wet conditions are experienced along with chemical resistant properties. Perma R-Poxy is designed for use in floor tile, wall tile and stone joints for interior as a jointing material and exterior application for joints width varying between 2 mm to 15 mm. The areas of application are for floor and wall tiles in bathroom and shower areas, kitchen counter tops, terrace and balconies, chemical plants, hospitals, refineries, garages, laboratories, warehouses, bakeries, swimming pools etc. Preparation of the area: Make sure that the tiles or the stone joint operation is taken up atleast 72 hrs after the tiles are laid. The joints shall be dry and free from deleterious materials. Application: Apply masking tape where porosity in tiles or stones is encountered. If not, clean the joints with a blower and apply the grout gel using a squeezy blade. Clean the grouted area with a squeezy sponge dipped in water and finish the surface. Allow the grout to dry through air curing.

CONCRETE FLOOR DUST PROOFER AND HARDENER
DESCRIPTIONEven the best concreted industrial floors loose their looks because of surface weakness and dusting. A small care such as use of a dust proofer and floor hardener on new floor at a very nominal cost ensures long life and good looks to an industrial floor. Perma Floor Seal is a micro Concrete Dust Proofer which is diluted with water and applied on the floors to get the desired dust proof and healthy performance of floors.

ADVANTAGESBoth new as well as old floors can be treated with Perma Floor Seal. Perma Floor Seal makes the surface strong and durable. Perma Floor Seal makes the surface dust proof. There is no need for surface preparation and curing. The floor can be open to traffic even during treatment. It improves chemical resistance of the floor.

ACTIONPerma Floor Seal crystals when dissolved in water and applied on concrete surface, penetrates deep into the concrete through the capillaries and reacts with calcium oxide in cement to form non soluble crystals. These crystals effectively block the capillaries and effectively fill up all the surface pores making the whole concrete dense. This minimises penetration of chemical spillages etc. into concrete thus making it weak. The pore blocked surface becomes dust free.

HEALTH AND SAFETYPerma Floor Seal produces a strong alkaline solution. Eyes and skin should be protected from splashing. Contact with skin should be washed with plenty of water. Perma Bond Aid
POLYMER BASED CEMENTITIOUS COMPOUND FOR CREATING MECHANICAL KEY FOR RENDERING AND SUBSEQUENT FINISHES ON DIFFICULT SURFACES
DESCRIPTIONPerma Bond Aid is a polymer based free flowing cementitious powder, which when mixed with water forms a mortar. This mortar is applied on difficult and non porous surfaces such as granite slabs, smooth RCC surfaces, concrete walls etc and combed with a notch trowel to create a mechanical key for further renderings and for using adhesives etc.
PRIMARY USESPerma Bond Aid finds its utility in rendering, stone fixing jobs and also when plastering on unhacked surfaces. Dense and non absorptive stones are often difficult to fix with regular cement mortar, so is the case with fixing of door and window frames of granites and other natural stones. A mechanical key if created helps in fixing these stones easily. Vitrified tiles of large dimension because of their non absorptive nature are also difficult to fix. In this case the mechanical key created by Perma Bond Aid becomes an economical and effective means for fixing these tiles.

This mortar is used for building up sur faces and repair of architectural features in a building exterior. The product is based on hydraulic lime, compatible polymers and
PRIMARY USES : Perma Heritage Mortar – 5 is used for creating architectural features in the building exteriors. It is used for repairing historic structures which are composed of non cementitious mortars and concretes. This mortar has low shrinkage characteristics and hence does not develop shrinkage stresses over the repaired substrate and hence is safe and durable.
DIRECTION FOR USE : nish is done with Heritage Mortar – final filling up the surface. This mortar is available as Perma Heritage Mortar – 10. This mortar can be put in layers of 10 mm to build up the thickness and first layer to dry before application of the subsequent layer. In large areas it is preferable to used a coarse grained Mortar for finish. This product is applied in thin layers of 5 to 6 mm. If there is a need to build up the thickness, then it is applied in layers after allowing the Clean the surface to remove dirt, dust, laitance, oil, grease etc. Dampen the surface wherever it is dry. Perma Plast PC – 503 should be added to the concrete / mortar / cement paste mix during the mixing cycle at the same time as the water is added. Avoid adding Perma Plast PC – 501 directly to the dry cement.
ACTION
Perma Plast PC – 503 is a powerful plasticiser which disperses and deflocculates the cement particles within cement concrete / mortar or in paste. It is useful in increasing the workability of mix without addition of excess water or to allow reduction in free water content of the mix to achieve superior strength without in any way affecting the colour of the mix or the end product.
DOSAGE
Field trials should be conducted to determine the optimum dosage of Perma Plast PC – 503 for each application. However dosage range is between 100 gms to 1000 gms per 50 kg bag of cement depending upon the end results desired.

DESCRIPTION : Porosity of concrete surface, moisture and the alkalinity of the concrete surface makes it difficult for the epoxy products to bind with the concrete bases effectively. To get over these problems an effective epoxy primer is made use of. Master Wrap Primer WP-10 is a two component product based on non solvented epoxy base and epoxy hardner. Master Wrap Primer WP-10 binds the epoxy products firmly to the cementitious bases.
PRIMARY USES : To bind epoxy mortars and flooring products to the concrete base taking care of the porosity of the base and mobilising the particles of the mortars into the crevices and holes in the base.
APPLICATIONS : Perma Master Wrap Primer WP-10 is applied on a dry concrete surface which is at least 28 days old before laying epoxy materials. Master Wrap Primer WP-10 forms a part of the system with Master Wrap Saturant WS-20.
ADVANTAGES :
Master Wrap Primer WP- 10 thoroughly wets the concretes surface and mobilises the particles of the epoxy products effectively on the concrete surfaces and make it easier for epoxy products to bind with the concrete effectively.
Master Wrap Primer WP-10 being moisture tolerant makes the priming easy. There is no need to blow torch the surface to make them bone dry. A reasonably dry surface is good enough

COVERAGE : Perma Master Wrap Primer WP-10 covers 3-4 sq. mtr. per kg. Higher coverage may be achieved if the base is sufficiently smooth and good.
DIRECTION FOR USE : Mix the base and the rector components of Master Wrap Primer WP-10 till a uniform consistency and colored liquid is obtained. Brush apply this on the surfaces to be primed.
HEALTH AND SAFETY : Epoxy products generally cause irritation to the skin. Use of hand gloves by the workers is advised. Upon completion of day’s work all the packing material should be burnt and buried.
