DESCRIPTIONPerma Eazee Guard is a single component, white colored liquid based on highly functional acrylic polymers, which when applied on to a surface forms a flexible film which waterproofs and protects the surface from rain and atmospheric pollution and aggressive environmental conditions. The Eazee Guard film allows the concrete substrate to breath normally and has crack bridging ability.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE
SURFACE PREPARATION:

• New concrete must be atleast one month old before carrying out the waterproofing treatment so that its curing and strength development phases are complete.
• Clean the surface to be treated to remove all dust, dirt, laitence and loose particles. Repair all cracks by widening & priming them and filling them with Perma Crackfill.

PRIMINGPrime the area to be treated with Perma Multi Prime.

Application:

• Stir the product in the container thoroughly before opening.
• Apply two coats at an interval of 4 to 5 hours in between the coats.
• At all junctions and ridges reinforce the membrane with 40 GSM PP or glass fabric to an extent of 100 mm on either side of the junction or ridge and use an addition coat of Eazee Guard. Allow the coated surface to cure dry in shaded condition.

Perma Eazee Coat is used for Waterproofing Chemicals For Terrace application. Perma Eazee Coat is a milky white liquid which can be brush applied to most structural surfaces to make them waterproof. DIRECTIONS FOR USE Waterproofing normal concrete: Clean the surface to remove all loose particles and any deleterious matter. Repair all cracks, honeycombs and blemishes from the concrete surface. Brush-apply Eazee Coat primer on the entire surface liberally. Primer is prepared by diluting one part by volume of Eazee Coat with one volume of water. When the primer coat is just dry apply the second coat running the brush perpendicular to the first coat. Provide fibre-glass or scrim fabric at junctions of vertical and horizontal surfaces after one coat then apply the second coat. On asbestos sheet roofing: Provide scrim or fibre-glass fabric at J bolts and junction of sheets over one coat of bitu Coat and then brush apply Eazee Coat on the entire surface in two coats. DESCRIPTION

• Perma Seal Admix is an integral waterproofing compound in powder form which acts by crystallization method to seal capillaries in concretes and mortars. Perma Seal Admix is added to the concrete or mortar at the time of batching. Perma Seal Admix is a free flowing powder, composed of ordinary Portland cement, selected treated fillers and proprietary active chemical ingredients. In concrete the active ingredients of Perma Seal Admix react with the products of cement hydration in presence of moisture to activate catalytic reaction which produces non soluble
• crystalline formations which block the capillaries effectively and permanently.

PRIMARY USESPerma Seal Admix is used effectively as an integral waterproofing compound inconcrete during construction of all water retaining structures, underground and overhead water tanks, swimming pools, water treatment plants, basements, podium slabs, roof slabs and all RCC members around toilets and bathrooms in a building structure. It is also used as integral waterproofing compound in mortars which go as renderings on all these structures. Since leakages corrode the reinforcing steel in RCC structures thereby reducing the life of structure itself, it is a good to use a good integral waterproofing compound in all concrete produced for use in RCC structures.

ACTIONPerma Seal Admix is composed of Ordinary Portland Cement selected and treated fillers and proprietary active chemicals. In contact with the moisture these active chemicals catalyze the reaction of products of cement hydration to form insoluble micro-fine crystals which effectively block the capillary structures in the concrete body blocking the passage of water. Thus the concrete becomes permanently sealed against any penetrating water or liquids.

DIRECTIONS FOR USEPerma Seal Admix is recommended at a dosage of 2% by weight of cement. Perma Seal Admix is added to the dry mix of concrete or mortar at the recommended dosage and mixed before addition of designed amount of water. Perma Seal Admix does not alter the water requirement of the concrete. Mixing, placing, compacting and curing of concrete is expected to go as per usual practice and no special care or requirement is needed because of Perma Seal Admix addition to the concrete mix.

GOOD CONCRETING PRACTICE

• For achieving good quality waterproof concrete the following guidelines are recommended:
• Concreting when ambient temperatures are over 33oC or below 4oC is not recommended.
• Minimum cement content in concrete for achieving good waterproof quality is 300Kgs/ M3 .
• Pouring of the concrete after its initial or final setting time of the concrete has lapsed is not recommended.
• For a waterproof concrete water/cement ratio should be maintained at 0.43 or leff depending upon grade of concrete.
• Control joints in big structures need to be incorporated as per the requirement and the design of a competent structural engineer. Any deformations, cracks and structural failures arising out of want of control joint design will nullify all waterproofing treatments and create more problems.

DOSAGEPerma Seal Admix is recommended to be added to the dry concrete mix at a dosage of 2% by weight of cement

Coarse grained mortar for repair of heritage structures.

DESCRIPTION : Perma Heritage Mortar-10 is a light brown colored powder which when mixed with water forms a pasty consistency mortar. This mortar is used for building up surfaces and repair of architectural features in a building exterior, where the depth of repair is more than 10 mm. The product is based on hydraulic lime, compatible polymers and fillers. Though the product is very slow in setting and strength development, which is the primary quality of hydraulic lime, it achieves good strength and durability parameters with age.

PRIMARY USES : Perma Heritage Mortar-10 is used for creating architectural features in the building exteriors. It is used for repairing historic structures which are composed of non cementitious mortars and concretes. This mortar has low shrinkage characteristics and hence does not develop shrinkage stresses over the repaired substrate and hence is safe and durable.

DIRECTION FOR USE : Clean the surface to remove dirt, dust, laitance, oil, grease etc. Dampen the surface wherever it is dry. Mix the Heritage mortar with water in the recommended proportion of water to form a smooth consistency paste. Apply this paste on the surface to be repaired and scratch the surface to take the next layer of mortar upon drying. This product is applied in thin layers of 8 to 10 mm. If there is a need to build up the thickness, then it is applied in layers allowinnish is done with Heritage Mortar – 5. Final first layer to dry before application of the subsequent layer. This mortar can be put in layers of 10 mm to build up the thickness
