Perma Inject DYC Resin-Catalyst is a polyurethane injection grouting system. It consist of two component one being pre polymer resin and the other being a catalyst These two components are mixed together and injected into the concrete or Ree structure using a single component pump whether manual or motorized. Perma Inject Dye when injected into the concrete forms a flexible foam when it comes in contact with water or moisture. This foam effectively stops leakages from the structures.

Direction For Use : Waterproofing normal concrete : Clean the surface to remove all loose particles and any deleterious matter. It repairs all cracks, honeycombs and blemishes from the concrete surface. Brush-apply Perma Eazee Coat SP primer on the entire surface liberally. Perma Eazee Coat SP is prepared by diluting one part by volume of 'Eazee Coat - SP with one volume of water. When the primer coat is just 'dry apply one coat Perma Eazee Coat SP. When this coat is still wet provide fibre glass, scrim fabric or nylon mesh' reinforcements at junctions of vertical and, horizontal surfaces. Then apply second coat of Perma Eazee Coat SP so as to get an even and smooth finish or roller applied textured surface as desired. On asbestos sheet roofing : Provide scrim cloth, fibre-glass fabric or nylon mesh, at J.blots and junction of sheet over one coat of Perma Eazee Coat SP and then brush apply Perma Eazee Coat SP on the entire surface in two coats. Note : Stir the material well in the container before use.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE

• Clean the area to remove all loose particles oil, grease and any such deleterious materials. If the surface is very rough make it even using polymer modified mortar or repair plaster.
• If the surface is very dry prime it with Perma Weather Shield diluted with water in the proportion of 1 volume of Weather Shield to 2 volumes of water.
• Brush apply Perma Weather Shield in one coat. In demanding situations Weather Shield can be applied in 2 coats.
• It may be noted that Weather Shield is a final coat on the roofing system. Any effort to apply another coating on weather Shield may make the insulation ineffective.
• Take only the quantity which is required for coating and keep the lid of the container closed.

Perma Weather Shield functions on special insulation ingredient for its heat insulation and refractory properties. The materials, which constitute main insulation media, have a mean diameter of 120 microns. They withstand temperatures between 1600° C to 1800° C before melting and have compressins strengths of about 700 kg/cm2. These ingredients form a natural barrier against direct heat.

Thermal Insulation of Roofs:Perma Weather Shield has a tendency to reflect back up to 85% of sun’s heat resulting in a cooler Interior. A comparison of two galvanized iron roofs, one coated with Perma Weather Shield shows a difference in temperature of about 10° C during hottest part of the summer. Further as a measure of percentage the difference shall be to the extent of 10 to 12 percent during peak summer.

DESCRIPTION

Perma Master Coat -WR is a two component epoxy coating system suitable for application in areas subjected to constant water spillages or expected to be submerged in water. The product is heavy duty with high mechanical, bond and abrasive strengths.

PRIMARY USES

The product is suitable for coating areas near washing places, bathrooms, toilets and swimming pools. This coating can be used in water tanks as well. This material is suitable for coating on floors of workshops, factories, engineering workshops and all general factory floors subjected to oil, chemical or water spillages.

ADVANTAGES

Perma Master Coat – WR does not require any primer. It can be straight away used on to the clean surface. Perma Master Coat – WR is moisture tolerant hence can be coated on wet surfaces as well. Perma Master Coat – WR has high gloss and smooth finish, hence suitable as use on aesthetic coating on structural steel as well as concrete. DIRECTION FOR USE

Clean the surface to be coated and remove any stagnant water on the surface. Mix the Base component – A and the Reactor component – B, thoroughly.Apply the material use a soft bristled brush, evenly and use suitable roller for getting the desired final finish.It can be applied in two coats for a better appearance. The second coat is applied when the first coat has dried overnight of after an interval of eight hours.

CAUTION

Perma Master Coat -WR is available in limited dark colors only, as this coating is affected by UV rays. On direct exposure to sunlight the color may fade but the mechanical and chemical resistance properties of the film remain unchanged.

EQUIPMENT CARE

All equipment must be cleaned immediately after use with cleaning solvents. Similar Procedures should be adopted for break periods exceeding fifteen minutes.

HEALTH AND SAFETY

Epoxy products generally cause irritation to the skin. Use of hand gloves by the workers is advised. Upon Completion of day’s work all the packing material should be burnt and buried.

DESCRIPTION : Perma Master Wrap Saturant WS-20 is a two component solvent free epoxy system which is used for saturating and binding the structural fabric to the RCC members in structural strengthening and rehabilitation works. The system is compatible with all strengthening fabrics such as poly propylene, glass fibre, carbon fabric etc. The system is moisture tolerant and develops very high tensile and flexural strength upon curing.

PRIMARY USES : Perma Master Wrap Saturant WS-20 is used successfully in all structural strengthening works involving wrapping with carbon fabric/glass fabric/polypropylene fabric etc.The system develops sufficiently high strength which is necessary in strengthening structurally weak building elements. Hence very much useful in restoring dilapidated structures.This system can be used in structures which are expected to take loads over and above the designed loads post construction without having to dismantle and rebuild. METHOD OF APPLICATION : Prepare the surface by chipping cleaning to remove all dust dir, grease or any oily stains so that a sound concrete surface is exposed.Mix components of Base and Reactor of Perma Master Wrap Primer WP-10 and brush apply on the surface to be treated evenly and uniformly and allow it to cure and harden overnight. This forms a sealer coat. Cut the strengthening fabric to size and shape. Mix Base and Reactor components of Master Wrap Saturant WS-20 with a paddle mixer and apply one liberal coat on the primed surface. When the coating is still wet lay the reinforcing fabric on the surface and use a roller to press the fabric in position and to remove any air voids under the fabric. If the Master Wrap Saturant Saturant WS-20 is felt deficient in any area make it good with another coat of the saturant. Hold the fabric in position till the saturant achieves initial hardness. The process is repeated for multiple layer treatment.PACKING
