Butterfly Valves

Butterfly Valves
MRKs low pressure manually operated sanitary butterfly valve and Stainless Steel Butterfly Valves for use in stainless steel pipe systems. The standard design valve consists of two valves body halves, valve disc, bushes for the stem and seal ring. The valve is assembled by means of screws and nuts, the handle is fitted into the valve by means of a cap/block system and screw.

Working principle
The valve is operated by means of a handle the handle mechanically locks the valve in its open or closed position. A disc closes against a rubber seal when the handle is at right angle to the pipe line. When the handle is turned 900 the disc is parallel to the product flow and the valve is open.

  • 1 to 4 with the following connection combinations, ISO welding ends, DiN welding ends, ISO Clamp end.

    Working principles
    Our aseptic diaphragm valve system is based on the well proven weir type diaphragm valve together with a wide range of diaphragms and actuators.
    The valve is composed of the following parts:

  • Actuator : either manual or pneumatic

  • Diaphragm : available in a variety of soft and hand elastomers.

  • Valve body : the standard type is a two-way, but other configurations are available. The body can be supplied according to a variety of tube connections and in several surface finishes.
