Rajangam) started the appalam manufacturer unit in madurai, tamilnadu, india in the name of madurai meenakshi appalam in 1972 as partnership concern until 2000 after that we started our own unit in the name of srm appalam formely kalaivani traders with the guidelines of my father. The adoption of traditional values practiced by our ancestors ensures that the nutritive and taste qualities are intact. We ensure that there is no deviation from such standards. Appalam (pappadam) fully manufactured in our own company and packed in our company the process is also clean and neat and thus adds up to the quality of our product. we are having the own manufacturing unit, testing (r&d), packaging, storing. The entire process of appalam (pappadam) are done in our premises itself.currently we are exporting to  mauritius, maldives, malaysia through some other vendors now we are searching the dealers in overseas market.

Relying on our experts we are offering Rasam Powder which is used in cooking of different recipes.A typical south indian blended masala which makes authentic rasam to be taken with steamed rice.
