Heatless Air Dryer

We manufacture and export an extensive range of heatless type air dryers, which is a simplest form of dessicant type gas or air dryer (drier). These are use to achieving a dew point of -40?c or excellent for compressed air systems and other gas and air dryer (drier) applications. There is no increase in the effluent gas temperature and the desiccant beds remove oil in its vapor form.

Internally Heated Air Dryers

Our organization is engaged in offering a comprehensive range of heat reactivated type air dryers. These are extensively used when compressed air of very low dew point of (-) 60oc or (-) 80o deg c is required. Our range is designed in line with set industry standards, wherein the desiccant is regenerated at higher temperature, along with small quantity of dry air purge. Moreover, due to the purging with dry air and thermal regeneration, residual moisture loading on desiccant becomes very low. This helps to provides very low dew point as per the requirement. Salient features pressure is equalized to line pressure before changeover of drying vessels. Compression Air Dryer

We are offering heat of compression air dryer. with the assistance of our dexterous team, we are involved in offering an extensive range of heat of compression type air dryers. In these dryers the compressed air is directly taken to air dryer with the inlet using insulated pipelines. This is achieved at the 120o c, which is the minimum temperature. After, which the hot air is passed through one drying vessel where saturated desiccant is regenerated by this hot air. Further, after picking up moisture from desiccant bed, the air is cooled in an intermediate cooler, wherein the moisture is condensed and removed by auto drain valve. As these are cooled to 40oc, this air passes through the second drying vessel, where the balanced moisture gets adsorbed after, which the dry air comes out. The cycle time of this process includes 4 hours regeneration & 4 hours drying. Moreover, after this 4 hours cycle the changeover of vessels takes place automatically. Further, in this regeneration cycle heating of the bed requires only 2 hours, and thereafter the bed is cooled by dry air. Thus, after the bed cooling, the dry air is again cooled to 40oc in another cooler, which is delivered out of unit as dry air at 40o c temp. Salient features no power requirement for regeneration. No loss of compressed air. Maintenance is easy as there are no blower, no heaters, and no moving parts. Maintains desiccant adsorption capacity to give (-) 400c dew point for almost 5 years. Refrigerated Air Dryer

We are offering refrigerated air dryer. The basic principle is the removal of moisture by cooling air to certain present temperature. The concept of efficient cooling is removal of heat only. The air first enters into the precooler where the incoming hot air is being cooled by outgoing cold air so as to reduce the heat load of evaporator .
