MPTPL manufacture MPT brand tangential chasers for thread cutting on pipes, Fasteners and bars. These chasers are generally made suitable for Landis, Lance, Landmatic type die heads and made for Heaps, Wagner and other type of die-heads. These chasers are made from High Speed Steel, generally in M2 grade. These chasers are made in 4piece sets and 6piece sets for bigger die-heads are also manufactured.

 

Tangential chasers have accurate fitting, thread profile and good life. The chasers are made for following thread standards:

• Metrics: 0.5mm- 8mm Pitch
• Inches : 4 tpi-40 tpi.

MDTPL manufactures Rack and Serration Milling Cutters for milling Soft/hard jaw serrations and for other applications. These cutters have accurate tooth pitch, relief and mill proper size and profile. Serration cutters can be made upto 300mm length and diameter upto 150mm. These cutters are offered in HSS M35, M2 and ASP grades.

We offer Tool Bit Blanks for turning and machining operations, for general metalworking industries. Our Tool Bit Blanks are manufactured in High Speed Steel in M2 and M35 grades for all square and flat sizes. The Tool Bit Blanks, we offer, are heat-treated In-house under strict parameters control. Then the heat treated Tool Bit Blanks are ground on fully automatic surface grinding machine to size and are packed as per grades.
