Groundnutseed eased by Rs 25 per quintal, its oil by Rs five per 10 kg on lack of fresh demand. RBD Palmolein also slipped by Rs 7 per ten kg. De-oiled cakes of groundnut inched down by Rs 200 per Metric Tonne (MT) However, Nigerseed moved up by Rs 10 per quintal on fresh demand, traders added.

Lucknow Milk Union General Manager S K Prasad said ''seeing the popularity of automatic milk vending machines, around 10 such machines have been set up at various milk booths in Indira Nagar, Anand Nagar and Alambagh.'' Parag standard milk would be available at the rate of Rs 15 per litre at these booths. Parag has also distributed discount coupons in over 200 houses by which people would get a rebate of Rs two per litre.
