Take 500gms ldala mix, add 25gms. edible oil and mix it with water or butter milk. Make a paste like dough. Keep it aside for 30 minutes. Add 4 chopped green chillies. To make it tasty coconut, ginger can be added.
Pour the mixed dough in pan and steam it for 5 to 7 minutes. Tasty, Softy and Spongy IDLA ready to serve.

Lochakhaman Recipe
First of all take packet 200gms. of Lochakhaman add about 20gms. of edible oil and then adding four cup of water make mixture like kari then adding crushed green chilly and ginger according to your test and spread it off. Let it boil for 5 minutes then take it off. if you want to eat ''Lochakhaman'' use quickly. You want to eat "Khaman Dhokla" wait for sum minutes and "Lochakhaman" will be converted into "Khaman Dhokla".
Then cut it knife vertical and Horizontal for taking it from with dish. Then fry it with hot oil and rai. Then puting spread coconut and coriander leaves on it.
Now tasty Khaman Dhokla is ready for you to eat.

Gotta Recipe
Mix Gently 50gms. eatable oil to Gotta mix. Add milk or water to the mixture and make a soft dough like shrikhand. To fry, fiest give full heat to oil and then low the heat, Now put gotta in to oil and fry them over low heat. For better taste addleap leaves, dry garlic and coriander leaves.
Chatney Recipe
Take Gently 3 cups of water and mix to chatney flour and make Mixture Like paste. Take another vessel, put 2 spoon oil and make flavour of 10gms of mustard. After that the chatney paste, pour into flavour vessel, and boil with full steam. After one or two overflows, take away the vessel from heat. pour corander leaves and serve hot chatney.

Nylon Khaman Recipe
Take to 200gms Packet add 10gms of oil and mix 3 cups of water. Make a paste like dough. Keep it a side for 10minutes. Now prepare water for boiling. Now add the small packet contents in to the mixed paste. churn all the contents of the paste like dough. Spread the mixed dough over a Thali and place it above the boiling water on the stove. Note, that at only full temperature will the khaman puff-up. As soon as the Khaman is ready remove the Thali from the boiling water and leave it to cool. After it's cooled, Slice it and sprinkle a cup of cold water over it After the sprinkled water is dried up than make a mixture of 25 gms Oil & Rai. Fried over the stove and add a few cut long green chillies and spread this over the Khaman with some coriander leaves and grated coconut and enjoy the Pleasure of eating the NYLON KHAMAN.

Handwa Snacks

Handwa Mix Recipe
Add and mix 50gm of edible oil into 500 gm of Handwa mix flour per packet. Take 600gm of water and mix the flour with it in a bowl. Then wait for an hour. After an hour, boil a little edible oil with mustard seeds and leaves. Spread this liquid over the flour and spread some white sesame over it. Now put an iron baking plate on a stove or gas-barnes. Make a thin layer of sand on this plate and heat it at full flame for 10 minutes. Then cover that bowl containing the flour and put it on sand. Keep it there for 10 minutes at full flame. Then let it be there for 45 minutes at low heat. When the upper layer of the flour becomes golden brown your Handwa is Ready to be served.

Add 10gms (two tea spoon) of edible oil to flour. Bind the flour slightly hard by using water. and than roll Mathia. While rolling, use dry rice flour as for a free rolling.
After rolling Mathia, put all Mathia on mat, after it start frying.
