Spindle sleeve is properly grinded and hardened is guided in honned, Drill head bore spindle is mounted on five ball & bearing for smooth and accurate running. Arm and drill-head guide ways are precisely hand-scraped for minimum play and rigid clamping of drill-head with arm.By simple adjustment of only tapper wedge facility to set drill head on arm guide way. Gears made from best quality material are helical teethed on imported hobbing machine for smooth and noiseless running.
