Clomid is an non-steroid anti-estrogen. Mechanism of its action consists in a specific binding with receptor for estrogen in ovary and hypophis. In patients with low estrogen levels in organism it causes estrogen effect and in ones with high estrogen levels it causes anti-estrogen effect. Its small doses increase secretion of gonadotropins (prolactin, Follicle stimulating hormone, FSH and interstitial cell-stimulating hormone), stimulates ovulation; in large doses slows secretion of gonadotropins. In the whole action of Clomid consists in stimulation of ovulation to occur and prepares the body for pregnancy. This medication may be used for male patients with infertility caused by low production of sperm.

Dosage and direction :Clomid is administered to stimulate ovulation 50 mg 1 time a day at bedtime, starting from 5th day of the menstrual cycle during 5 days (in the absence of the cycle - at any time). In case of no effect (ovulation does not occur within 30 days) increase the dose to 150 mg / day or lengthen the course to 10 days. Cialis is an effective, reversible, selective inhibitor of phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE 5) specific to cyclic guanosine monophosphate (cGMP). When sexual stimulation causes local release of nitric oxide, inhibition of PDE 5 by Cialis leads to increase of cGMP levels in the cavernous body of penis. It results in relaxation of arterial smooth muscles and blood flow to the tissues of the penis that causes erections. Cialis has no effect when sexual stimulation is absent. Cialis improves erection and lets achieve a successful sexual intercourse. The drug acts during 36 hours. If sexual arousal is present the effect appears even after 16 minutes after the medication was taken.

Dosage and direction : The recommended dose of Cialis is 20 mg it should be taken at least 16 minutes before the sexual activity. The effect persists during 36 hours. Take Cialis once daily and do not exceed the recommended dose. Precautions : It is preferable not to use Cialis with grapefruit juice, alcoholic beverages, tobacco. Furosemide is a loop diuretic causing fast and short diuresis. It possesses natriuretic effect and also decreases levels of Cl- in blood, increases excretion of K+, Ca2+, Mg2+. Penetrating into a renal tubule in ascending thick limb of Henle's loop it blocks re-absorption of Na+ and Cl-. Due to increased excretion of Na+ secondary intensified excretion of water occurs and as well as increased secretion of K+ in distal part of the renal tubule. Simultaneously excretion of Ca2+ and Mg2+ increases. Furosemide is used to treat edema syndrome in patients with chronic heart failure (degree II and III), cirrhosis, diseases of kidneys, acute heart failure (pulmonary edema), brain edema, hypertensive crisis, arterial hypertension and others.

Precautions : Before using Furosemide, consult your doctor if you suffer from kidney disease, liver disease, gout, lupus, diabetes, or an allergy to sulfa drugs. Zithromax is a semi-synthetic macrolide antibiotic chemically related to erythromycin which is active against majority of species of gram positive and gram negative microorganisms such as genus Staphylococcus; S. aureus, S. pneumoiane, S. pyogenes, S. agalactiae, Haemophilus influenza and parainfluenzae, Moraxela catarrhalis, Bacteroides fragilis, Escherichia coli, Bordetella ssp., Borrelia burgdorferi, Haemophilus ducreui, Nisseria gonorrhoeae Chlamidia trachomati. As a Macrolide antibiotic Zithromax inhibits bacterial protein synthesis and prevents bacteria from growth and propagation. It is used to treat infections of upper and low respiratory organs (tonsillitis, otitis, sinusitis, pneumonia), urogenital infections (urethritis, prostatitis, cervicitis, adnexitis caused by chlamydia, gonorrhea, early syphilis), intestinal infections, ulcer of stomach and duodenum.

Dosage and directions :Take exactly as prescribed and do not discontinue your treatment even if you feel fine and your symptoms improved without permission of your doctor. Take Zithromax tablet with a big glass of water. To prepare a liquid suspension form one dose packet mix one packet with 2 ounces of water, shake and drink at once. Do not use the suspension which was prepared longer than 12 hours ago. Tablets and suspension can be taken with or without food while capsules should be taken on an empty stomach 2 hours before or after a meal.
