• Application in form ANF-3F along with prescribed documents to be filed with RA.

• Application to be filed within 12 months

• Applications filed after the expire date upto two years would be considered subject to late cut ranging from 2% to 10% of the scrip value.

• Proof of lading in designated market to be given.
