Burst Pressure Test Stand

This kind of test stand is mainly used for testing hydraulic filters for their ability to withstand an internal pressure and for determining their burst pressure according to ISO 4548-6 standard as well as for testing the hydraulic pulse durability of filters according to ISO 4548-5. In order to detect such characteristics of a filter element, the testing pressure is gradually increased to determine how much overload a filter element can endure before breaking completely. Pulsation test is performed by means of a cold start simulation. This method of testing defines the ability of filters to withstand an internal pressure surge such as occurs when an engine is started from cold. This test stand is automatically controlled by the computer, the flow chart and all the test parameters are displayed on the screen, either in form of data or in form of a curve. Data handling and generation of reports according to ISO 4548-5 and ISO 4548-6 standards are included.

Air Filter Test Stand

This test stand is mainly used for testing air filters, that are used in internal combustion engines and compressors for their efficiency according to ISO 5011 standard. The test stand is automatically controlled by the computer and consists of a test channel and other pipes made of a solid stainless steel. Data determination and its handling is generated according to ISO 5011 standard. All the test parameters and measurement results are displayed on the screen in form of a curve and are saved in chronological order.

Aerosol/Oil Seperator Filter Test Stand

Aerosol test stand is designed to test the performance of coalescing filters according to ISODIS 12500 Part 1 and ISODIS 8573 Part 2 (2005). These filters are designed to remove oil aerosols, a typical contaminant found in compressed air streams. Multi Pass Test Stand

The multi pass test stand is mainly used for testing the performance of hydraulic filters according to ISO 19438, ISO 4548-12 and ISO 16889 standards. These standards describe a method for determining the contaminant capacity, particle removal and differential pressure characteristics of filter elements. In order to determine such characteristics, filter elements are injected with continuous contaminant (test dust), whereas online particle sensors measure the contamination, thus making the evaluation of the filter elements performance possible.
