Heavy Duty RO Plants

We are a diligent traders and suppliers of the Heavy Duty Water Purifiers range from 100 To 10000 Liters. As the name suggests the water capacity of 100 to 10000 liters. Our procurements are from reliable manufacturing vendors, with sophisticated quality management systems. The raw materials are verified for durability and corrosion free characteristics. Our In-house R&D facility helps in final verification before client delivery. The customized packaging has helped in the retaining some of the esteemed clients in the competitive market for the product.

Our Industrial RO Water Purifiers find extensive use in the Heavy duty industries and commercial complexes. Being one of our hottest selling product, we provide addition warehousing care in terms of moisture control and packaging checks. This RO plus UV stage is of efficient performance and cost low in maintenance. Besides , our after sales executives are experts in handling the on-site assembly and subsequent consultation required for a long term client relation ship.

Reverse osmosis-manufactured plants are used to produce high-quality demineralised water, especially where the client looks to minimise the use of chemicals which are the regenerants associated with the more conventional demineralised ion exchange process.

Reverse Osmossis Plants RO plant is used extensively in the food and beverage industry (especially the brewing industry), pharmaceutical and the electronics industries. It uses a computerised programme for studying the water chemistry so as to select the most suitable membrane configuration and in order to provide a plant which gives a low water-rejection rate.

Further help is provided to the client to make use of, often by further treatment, of the reject water.

Range of R O units utilises the most modern membrane technology and consists of a modular design

In its simplest presentation Reverse Osmosis and ultra filtration system is a membrane process. That acts a molecular filters to remove (permeable to water not salt and separating pure water and salt solution, by applying external pressure) dissolved mineral, organic, inorganic and heavy metals. It will also remove microbial matter including bacterial spores and viruses, which cannot remove by any ion exchange technique from water and wastewater. Reverse Osmossis Plants

Reverse osmosis has emerged as a serious alternative to chemical treatment systems due to a number of reasons. The minimal use of chemicals makes it environmentally desirable. Reverse osmosis is a simple process and the operational and maintenance costs are lower. It has higher production capacity to space ratio via-a-via other technologies. Ion exchange processes, on other hand, incur high resin replacement costs, substantially higher regeneration costs and inordinate downtime costs due the need for replacing ion exchange columns. While the biggest operating costs for ion exchange systems are regeneration chemicals, the major cost component in RO is energy i.e. electrical power to operate the RO feed pump

.

Industrial RO Plant

We design the plant according to the need for tap water, brackish water & sea water application. Our production range start from 100 LPH (Liter per hour) to 100 M3 per hour for 400 TDS to 45, 000 TDS.

Water Softening Plant

We are offering highly durable Water Softening Plant that is used for removing hard salts and providing suitable water. The water gets hard when it contains more of calcium and magnesium ions. Softening is the ion exchange process, which is done through resin, is preferred over others plant as it is one of the best possible method for removing from water. Here, undesirable ions are exchanged for ions that are more required. The process comprises of passing the unrefined water containing hardness through a bed of cation resin in sodium form. The hardness ions Ca & Mg are then up by resin and in exchange, the sodium ions are turned down from the resin. This is the service cycle, where the hard water is being softened in this plant.

We are a leading Manufacturer of Water Softening Plants such as Automatic Water Softening Plants, Semi Automatic Water Softening Plant, Water Softener, Softening Plant, Water Treatment Plant and Water Softening Plants For Bungalows And Industries from India.

With the help of skillful and devoted professionals, we are engaged in offering a best quality range of Semi Automatic Water Softening Plant to the customers. These products are available in varied specification to cater the client requirements. Offered collections of products are highly appreciated by our patrons owing to their longer life and light weight. Moreover, the whole range of products is checked on well define industry parameters prior to its dispatch.

Features:
  • Easy installation
  • Fine finishing
  • Longer life service
Make harmful hard water fit for:
  • Bathing
  • Drinking
  • Washing

Ro Plant Domestic

Offering you a complete choice of products which include household ro systems, domestic ro plants, domestic ro water purifier systems, lotus ro water purifier systems, ro 50 lph water treatment plant and portable domestic ro system.

What is Reverse Osmosis (RO)?

Reverse osmosis (RO) is a membrane-technology filtration method that removes many types of large molecules and ions from solutions by applying pressure to the solution, when it is on one side of a selective membrane. The result is that the solute is retained on the pressurized side of the membrane and the pure solvent is allowed to pass to the other side. To be "selective, " this membrane should not allow large molecules or ions through the pores (holes), but should allow smaller components of the solution (such as the solvent) to pass freely.

What RO Does?

Reverse osmosis is used to purify water and remove salts and other impurities in order to improve the color, taste or properties of the fluid.

Principles?

Osmosis is a natural process. When two liquids of different concentration are separated by a semi permeable membrane, the fluid has a tendency to move from low to high solute concentrations for chemical potential equilibrium.

Osmosis describes how solvent moves between two solutions separate by a permeable membrane to reduce concentration differences between the solutions. When two solutions with different concentrations of a solute are mixed, the total amount of solutes in the two solutions will be equally distributed in the total amount of solvent from the two solutions. Instead of mixing the two solutions together, they can be put in two compartments where they are separated from each other by a semipermeable membrane. The semi permeable membrane does not allow the solutes to move from one compartment to the other, but allows the solvent to move.

Formally, reverse osmosis is the process of forcing a solvent from a region of high solute concentration through a semipermeable membrane to a region of low solute concentration by applying a pressure in excess of the osmotic pressure. The membranes used for reverse osmosis have a dense layer in the polymer matrix where most separation occurs.

Our Reverse Osmosis Plant have the following Advantages :

Actively rejects ions and contaminants.Reduce water that meets the most demanding specifications. Allow the membrane to continually clean itselfHigher pressure from the pump to push the fluid through the membrane. Capable of rejecting bacteria, salts, sugars, proteins, particles, dyes and other constituents.Works in various molecular weights.

Drinking water purification :

Around the world, household drinking water purification systems, including a reverse osmosis step, are commonly used for improving water for drinking and cooking.
