Guillotine damper are typically specified for gas shut-off of ducts and they are commonly installed in furnaces, heaters, reformers and other chemical and petrochemical application or cement industry as well as isolators downstream diverters in GT exhaust systems or any other heavy duty industrial application.

Guillotine damper employ a sliding blade inserted into the duct from an external frame to block flow in

Baghouse Dust Collectors can be used for a variety of applications while providing dependable, long life-cycle, maintenance free performance. These are some of the most efficient and cost effective dust collector models for capture of heavy dust quantities such as from bin venting and for applications like product reclamation. In Baghouse Dust Collectors, the dust filled air stream passes through fabric bags that filter the dust particles. High-pressure cleaning air is also blown periodically in the reverse or opposite direction of the dust-laden stream, to clean the dust cake that would form on the filter surface. This system known as a reverse pulse jet system is continuous or online. In these dust collectors, cleaning will be done continuously without interrupting the process.

We are offering Screw Sampler Type SMX is designed to create an average sample from continuous extraction of dry, non-sticky powdered material from a free falling flow of materials. The continuously operating sampler is driven by a geared motor, coupled to a transport screw crossing the flow of material. The screw transports the extracted material to a mixing tank, where it is homogenized by mixer wings connected to the through going screw conveyor shaft. The sampler can be delivered with the drive unit installed next to the mixing tank for installation on the opposite side of the chute. The mixed test sample is extracted manually from the mixing tank into a beaker. (Volume approx. 1.4 liters) and the mixing tank content is manually discharged afterwards. This mixer design ensures that the material at any time present in the mixer tank will represent a true average of the material having passed the sampler, since the mixing tank was last emptied. The mixing tank has an overflow to safeguard against overfilling. Excess sample material is returned to the main material stream by gravity. The mixing tank is provided with an observation window. The standard SMX sampler is not suited for installation in pressure systems. As an option the screw sampler can be provided with a pneumatic cylinder for automatic discharge of the mixer tank content into the reject chute where optional equipment like dosing unit for automatic tube post sending/receiving station can be installed. For special purposes the SMX sampler can be provided with variable speed drive. The sampler can be mounted in a chute with max. 30 inclination, either rectangular or circular. * BUILT FOR HEAVY-DUTY SERVICE IN APPLICATIONS INVOLVING : 1. Elevated Temperatures 2. The Miteck systems also lets yourecover valuable elements such as lead, iron and copper and return them to the process stream. This is especially beneficial in sintering, as it returns the recovered dust to the processproviding a closed circuit. DESIGN FEATURES AND BENEFITS : * The Miteck systems pug mill is fabricated from steel plate /Mild steel with a rigid base frame. Removable cover plates provide easy access to internal section. * Top feed opening can be modified to mate with equipment supplied by other manufactures. * Paddle shafts, flanged at both ends, simplify maintenance; permit removal of entire assembly. * Reversible paddle bases are bolted in pairs to paddle shafts. Abrasion-resistant, bolt-on paddles insure maximum wear life. * Positive, grease-lubricated dual seals are used on stub shafts where they pass through the mixer box at both feed and discharge ends. * Timing gears are sealed in a heavy duty oil bath case which features fill and drain points and an oil level gauge. These gears allow for paddle intermeshing which provides a vigorous mixing action. * The four spray pipes are connected to a common header and are equipped with spray nozzles.
