Available option : Candy Making Plant Candy Making Plant The Candy Making Plant offered by us is used for the manufacturing of fruit based, milk based and center filling candies. Manufactured in compliance with set industrial standards using tested quality raw material, this machine is capable of delivering high volume of production output at extremely fast speed thus providing cost advantage to our clients.
Working Process :- The candy mass is cooked using vacuum batch or continuous vacuum cooker The cooked mass is collected for cooling on water circulating cooling table and added with color, flavor and other ingredients The mass is then passed through rotary kneading machine for uniform distribution of mixed ingredients After cooling the candy mass is transferred to the batch former which rolls the batch. This uniform mass is fed to the rope sizer to form a uniform rope of the required size The rope is then fed into the candy forming machines. The machines helps in molding candies in required shape, size and weight The candies are discharged on the cooling conveyor for further wrapping and packing The cooled candies are packed in pillow packs, single twist packs or double twist packs using different machines.

The Caramel System is used for adding caramel in various bakery products such as bread, cakes, biscuits, colas, peanuts, chikki and many other food items. Caramelization is the process of melting and boiling sugar at high temperature. This process converts sugar into fructose and glucose. The process takes place between 110 deg. C - 180 deg. C temperatures that depends upon the type of sugar. Commercial caramelisation is done by heating sugar in combination with other ingredients. This results in the caramels of different colors, which further can be used as additives to food.

Working Process :- The frozen butter block is lifted and tilted using butter tilter into the butter mixer The mixer has a knife edge grille, which is heated using electrical induction The butter is cut and passes into the butter mixer In the mixer it is tempered using circulation of tempered water The tempered butter is pumped using SS screw pump into a load cell centre. PLC controller is used to cater the multiple demand centres working on different recipes.
We are one of the well equipped manufacturer and supplier of Invert Sugar Syrup Making Machine. This system is used for preparing continuous sugar syrup using sugar handling system.
Working Process :- The sugar is conveyed in to the silo using bag filter and screw conveyor The PLC controlled sugar handling system discharges sugar and water in an accurate proportion continuously to the first stage electrically heated stirring tank The overflow from the first stage goes to the second stage heated stirring tank and overflow from second stage goes to the third stage heated stirring tank At third stage the correct and continuous dosage of inverter takes place and sugar syrup attains correct temperature and quality The overflow from the third stage is taken into fourth stage water cooled coil tank. At this level we achieve correct quality and cooled sugar syrup. The sugar syrup is then pumped through a filter into tile overhead storage tank. The power required is 50% of normal operation since tanks are insulated and incoming feed water is preheated.

The Continuous Mixer is used for mixing hard dough and soft dough for cookies and tea biscuits. It is an automatic mixer that supports continuous production of various bakery products. The mixer operates with gravimetric / volumetric / incremental dosing through pre-mixing /creaming to the final mixing. The mixer runs on continuous feeding system.
