Pumping/Delivery cylinders are among the most critical components of a concrete pump. The bore (surface of the inner diameter ) is hardened to a value of 58 - 62 HRC with a case depth of 1.5 mm minimum. The bore is honed to a surface finish of 0.4µ Ra or better. These cylinders are machined on CNC turning centers and other precision machines to ensure good quality. We have the facilities to manufacture these cylinders of up to 250 mm bore and 2.5mts long. Delivery cylinders development or special requirement can be delivered in shortest lead time. Many leading Concrete Pump manufacturers ( OEMs ) prefer Minar Induction hardened Delivery cylinders over Chrome plated cylinders because of longer life and reliability. Minar Delivery cylinders are cheaper compared to Chrome cylinders and perform better than Chrome cylinders if not same. We have supplied more than 5000 Induction Hardened Delivery cylinders of various sizes, models and brands ( 2004 – 2012 ). 

Also known as Shifting cylinders or S Valve Cylinders, these cylinders are robust and can take pressure up to 500 Bar. Plunger Cylinders manufactured by us are among the best in the World which is the reason almost all OEMs prefer Minar Plunger Cylinders.

We at Minar Industries promote modern technology and strongly recommend Split Type Delivery pistons for Delivery cylinders. We also manufacture and supply Moulded type Delivery Pistons / rams. Our Delivery Piston seals perform very well and give 2-3 times longer life compared to conventional moulded type seals. Our support rings / Guide rings made of special synthetic material provide adequate support to the Delivery piston seal and enhance it performance. 

We supply seal kits for all types of Hydraulic cylinders for the cylinders we regularly manufacture and supply. We can also supply the best seals / seal kits for cylinders of any make / model / equipment etc. based on the details received from our customers. We also provide services of modifying existing sealing systems in the cylinders for improved performance.
