We manufacture Polycrystalline diamond Dies in the size range of0.025-32mm. PCD Blanks are available in 2 types-Self Supported and Tungsten Ring supported. Also Different grain sizes of1, 3, 5, 10, 20 & 50microns are available.

The PCD Blanks are directly sourced from well-knownmanufacturers mainly M/s Sandvik Hyperion, M/s Sumitomo & SF Diamonds etc.

Thermally stable PCD Blanks are mounted up to a temperature of 1200 degree C and these blanks are well suited for hot wire drawing applications.

We manufacture Natural Diamond Dies in the size range of 0.010-1.200mm. We use Kimberly process certified rough diamond stones. Every diamond Stone is individually inspected under a polarised microscope and only flawless diamonds are selected. The roughdiamonds are flattened with respect to 111plane orientation to give every die maximum strength to withstandrough and tough drawing conditions and a maximum number of recuts. Our Natural Diamond dies are widely used for drawing superfine, Fine & medium sizes of stainless steel, Magnet wire, Copper and aluminum conductors, EDM, Gold, Silver, Low and high carbon steel wire, Tungsten, Molybdenum, Coated and alloy wires etc

we also supply semi-finished dies for sizes below 0.050mm. These dies are fully completed except final sizing allowing the customers to quickly finish the required tolerance.
