Dc Inverter Mma Welding Machine

Product Features :-

  • Raise the frequency from 50/60HZ to high frequency, e.g. 100 K HZ. After reducing the voltage and rectifying, output powerful DC with the technology of PWM. The weight and size of the main transformer decrease but the efficiency will rise by over 30%.

    1. with the function of auto-compensation against power fluctuation, And the output welding current will be stable.
    2. Having the function of auto-protection against over-voltage and over-current.
    3. Having powerful arc-force.
    4. Reliable quality with small dimension and weight, but high efficiency.
    5. Able to weld basic and acid electrodes.
    6. ARC 400 I duty cycle is higher than 60 % when the temperature of the operation surrounding is around 40 o C. Capable to operate outdoors
    7. The maximum output efficiency is 93%. By using the advanced electro-circuit for power factor Compensation, the max power factor could be as 0.95.
    8. Applicable to low carbon steel, medium carbon steel and alloy steel.
