The Hydro Pneumatic Accumulatoris a device designed specifically for the storage of the liquid under pressure. For this purposeAccumulator Bladdersare use which provide an affordable means of enhancing the performance of the hydraulic system. They are suitable for storing energy under pressure, absorbing hydraulic shocks and dampening pump pulsation and flow fluctuation. As liquids are, for all the practical purpose incompressible, the objective is achieved by utilizing the compressibility of the gases. The quality of the Accumulator Bladder is that they operate efficiently with regards to maximum working pressure, temperature range and capacity in litres.
We manufacturer Bladders having pressure ratings of100kg/cm to 128 kg/cm.They are used in condensate, Glycol recirculation pumps, life boats, Bildge pumps etc. (DMW ( Union Pumps F Peroni etc.)
Our Bladders made of Viton Rubber are used as pulsation dampener used in glycol reciprocating pumps which have high content of H2S and have a rating of1450 psi.
They are also available in Nitrile, Butyl, Neoprene and EPDM.

The Thread Protectorsare designed to provide protection to the connections during handling and transportation, and to prevent debris from entering the threads and tube body. The threads are made in such a manner that they cover all the threads of the connections and prevent the thread protector from stripping or vibrating loose. Our thread protectors are made of Nitrile Rubber having high tensile, self lubricating, high temperature & oil resistant properties, upto 90f+5A hardness. The rubber material used makes it lighter and rust free compared to metallic protectors.

Expansion Jointsare used for compensation of pipeline movements and vibrations Similar to a tyre it has layers of high-quality elastomers reinforced with steel wires and synthetic fabrics. The inner layer forms a tube that extends through the inside of the joint, and across the face of the end flanges. This layer is chemically compatible with regards to its abrasion resistance and temperature rating to the process material. The middle layer of the joint contains the bias-ply synthetic fabric reinforcement that gives the joint its form and pressure rating, with wires used for added strength.
The outer layer is environment compatible usually made of Neoprene, which allows the joint to stand up to contacts with oils, corrosion and weathering. Galvanized or stainless steel retaining rings are provided to protect the flange and distribute forces evenly.

Demco Gate Valvesare specifically used in high-pressure mud applications and other corrosive services.
We manufacturer the spares of these valves, which areSeats, Gates, Stem, Screwetc. Demco Gate Valve Seats are designed for tight shut off after exposure to abrasion and erosion. These Seats consist of two identical metal wear rings encapsulated in rubber to form a cylindrical shape with a gate slot and two round ports. The closed Gate bears on the downstream wear ring while the rubber provides a drop tight, pressure responsive seal around the port. This seal is fully effective even when the Gate and the Seat ring are scored or abraded. The cylindrical assembly fits into the matching body cavity and is expanded outward towards the valve ports by the bonnet, which engages pin extensions from both wear rings. This seals the Seat against the body, around each valve port.

During suction it is very critical to have a system that will operate efficiently.We manufacturer Hydro Cyclone Cone Assemblies i.e.Desanders and Desilters. The separation process is carried out by employing centrifugal forces. The angle of the fluid entry has been specifically designed to facilitate the flow and separation. BJ Type Diverter Valve Packers are made in different sizes i.e. 40" Dia x 6" Ht. and 40" Dia x 14" Ht. Rubber Packers are with steel rings moulded at the bottom of each side. These are used in Diverter Valve Packers with a pressure rating of 150 psi. They are made of Nitrile Rubber of 70+/-5A hardness.Split/Solid Type Packers are made of approx. 26" Dia x 14" Ht. They are used in Riser Tensioner Systems mostly used of Floaters. They come in Split as well as Solid Type. Their pressure rating is 150 psi. They are made of Nitrile Rubber of 70+/ -5A Hardness bonded with steel rings and 2 'O' Rings for proper sealing.
Drill Pipe Wipersare made of specially designed rubber compound having tremendous resistance to cutting, tearing and abrasion. They are available for water based and oil b ased drilling mud. Designed for application to Drill Pipe where a solid master bushing is used.
We manufacture bothDual Split and Single Solid Typeof Drill Pipe Wipers.
Dual wipers are made with a spring steel reinforced ring. The split in the dual wipers allows are wiper to be threaded easily onto the pipe.
Our split type wipers offer the advantage of a symmetrical, one piece design with multiple wiping action. it provides more than two full turns of continuous wiping surface around the full circumference of the pipe. Unlike split tyep wipers, there are no gaps, in the inner wiping edge to leave unwiped streaks on the pipe.
Single Solid Wipers have a series of concentric rings moulded around the inner wiping surface. Each ring carries a specific size, identifying the area of the center hold to be cut out for a specific drill pipe size.

They are made of specially formulated compounds which are tough and have along life. Oil States Oil Saver Rubbers are molded from a special compound of oil, gas and abrasion-resistant rubber for long service life. Oil and other fluids are removed from the wireline and allowed to re-enter the well, which helps prevent potential well-site contamination. Our savers are supplied in different colours viz red, green, blue etc. They are made of hardness ranging from 35to 55A. |

JU TYPE
Tubing Stripper Rubbers are made from a proven oil and abrasion-resistant rubber. Tubing can be pulled on run-in with pressure still on the well while also stripping fluids off the tubing O.D. to provide a cleaner job site.

They aid in keeping hydrocarbon seepage to a minimum while under pressure. They clean rods of excessive oil and waxes to provide a safer working environment. Size: 5.15" O.D. 0.609" LD. |

Bell nipples are tubeless seals size 40" x " having a pressure rating of 150 psi. These are used on the Bell Nipple Housing to hold the pipes in their place. Once pressurized, they grip the housing pipes in its place. They are tested of 225 psi. They are made of Nitrile Rubber (Oil-Resistant) with Brass Nipple at one end.
Rubber Clamping Block are used for clamping of BOP Hydrualic Hoses of different sizes. They are used for clamping of 5 different of hoses starting from 53 mm to 70 mm. The clamps/blocks are made of rubber bonded with galvanized steel plates and an eyebook at one end of the block. They are made of specialy formulated Natural Rubber, which is Abrasion Resistant. We can make these clamping blocks according to your specifications.
Expansion joints are used for compensation of pipeline movements and vibrations. PTFE Expansion Joints are used in highly conentrated acidlines, as PTFE is chemically inert & flexible. They are designed to withstand 10kg/cm of pressure with moulded steel ring on the each corrugation / arch with steel flanges at both ends.
Arrow Union Seals are constructed of an inflatable oil-resistant (Nitrile) tube. They are used for mud suction return lines and low pressure fluid lines. When they are inflated through an automotive type air-valve, it seals the union. For effective sealing the fuel pressure should exceed the line pressure by 50 psi. Micky Arrow Union Seals make up fast and easily without close line up. This allow pipe expansion and proper alignmetn without breaking the Seal. The Seal can be broken by deflating the tube.
