about us Grillicious BBQs is a venture by two passionate foodies. We love grilled food and tandoori (as we are sure, you do too). But eating out often turned out to be stressful for the tummy as well as for the pocket. After trying a variety of barbecues and grills available in the market, we realized that the market was missing a durable barbecue box for hardcore foodies like us. Most barbecue boxes available were made for light smoking and did not stand up to expectations when making authentic tandoori food. So, we rolled up our sleeves and designed our first charcoal based metal barbecue box just for our own barbecue experience. It had flaws. So we redesigned, manufactured and barbecued on repeat mode till we were satisfied. After six months of vigorous design changes and umpteen cooking experiments, we were finally able to design the perfect barbecue box for tandoori enthusaists like us!
