• The new air saver can easily pay for itself in a short time. Measurement with air is still a very stable and accurate way to inspect parts. Instead of having the air supply on continuously, the air saver can control when and how long the air will remain on. It will automatically time out or shut off the air when the gage is not being used. You can connect this instrument to your existing air gauge unit, even dial type air gauge.

• We can manufacture multi gauging stations as per customers requirement for checking multiple diameter (ID/OD), with multiple iterations, taper, ovality, thickness, width, height, runout, length, flatness, squareness, CD checking, perpendicularity, PCD runout, taper cone-gauge.

High Precision Custom Built Pin Sets to suit Customer specified size ranges and incremental steps for use in quality control or checking/setting measuring instruments. The number of pins in a set can range from 6 to 250.

The pins are produced to ANSI Class X (0.00125mm), lapped to 0.03m finish and supplied in a high quality wooden box or cabinet. Gauge life and dimensional stability are guaranteed based on well proven manufacturing processes and a robust quality management system.
