• Shakti Multi Mill with Aspiration System Consists of Blower, Cyclone, Air filter and Airlock, Blower helps in transporting fine material from milling chamber to Cyclone. This process helps to keep the material to cool at fast Speed, Air filter are provided to reduce wastage and filter material particles which otherwise goes waste in open air. Airlock helps in easy discharge & Handling of material.
• Different meshes (nos.4) are provided to attain different powder sizes. It can pulverize pulses and grains up to 250 microns, spices - 350, herbs - 500 and chemical up to 200 micron (95% pass through). But it will vary according to the percentage of oil, moisture and fibre content in the raw material. It is generally advisable for pulverizing of spices up to 400kg/shift, pulses and grains - 1200kg/shift, herbs-700kgs/shift other items 1100kg/shift.

Working Principle : Double stage mill has two chambers as its name indicate. First chamber is for pre-crushing and second for fine grinding. Working Principal : Raw material from the feeding tray enters into the crushing chamber is accelerated by high RPM beaters which pulverizes by impact and shear in between the toothed liner and beater. The powder is then discharged through the bottom placed perforated sieves of required size. Simultaneously it is collected through chute and cotton ballon. The balloon filter and nylon air filter - filters the air generated by beaters.
